Work fairly well for low frequency noise and are comfortable in odd-shaped ears
I received purchased several different types of ear plugs to try. I have one ear that is abnormally shaped - gets inflamed if I lay on my side, is smaller than the other one, etc. Foam ear plugs do not fit in that ear or form a good seal (sorry if tmi). These ear plugs fit well in my odd-shaped ear, and they do a reasonable job of helping to filter low frequency noise. However, what I don't like is each morning I wake up the ear plug is visibly covered with some sort of liquid. This doesn't happen with the foam ear plugs, and I'm worried I'm going to get an ear infection. (Again, tmi, but I have a lot of problems with liquid building up in this ear and causing infections, so if you're prone to that, just beware.)I wind up sleeping at night with a foam ear plug in one ear and this ear plug in the weird ear.So, I guess, if you have weird-shaped ears like me, this might be a good thing to try if other ear plugs don't work so well. It don't be great at blocking high frequency noises, but better with lower - which seems a reversal of how foam ear plugs worked for me.

Very Annoying
This product looked great until I got it. It feels awkward in your ears and if you wear them more than a few hours you’ll wake up with a pulsing ear ache. You will constantly feel the need to adjust them and when you do get them comfortable they cancel near to no noise.

Comfortable but doesn’t work as well as foam plugs
Pros: silicone is very comfortableCons: The build is very cheap and flimsy. Noise cancelling is basicFoam plugs that you roll and place in your ear works better

Soft but not sound stopping
I liked the carry case, I liked they were soft. But they had barely any noise blocking, so was kind of pointless for me personally.

Latex free
I am allergic to latex and foam earplugs would cause unbearable itching and wake me up in the middle of the night. So I was grateful to find latex free earplugs. They are comfortable and easy to keep clean with hydrogen peroxide. They do not block out noise as well as the foam earplugs, but at least I do not wake up with the latex itchiness.

Really good if you use them right.
They really need to be placed properly in the ears for optimum use. Need to play around but can be pretty good.

AMAZING for side sleepers!
I'm a side sleeper and not only that but I toss and turn in my sleep a lot. These didn't fall out of my ears once! I'm shocked. That has never happened with any other earplug!I have found a good fit, I put the earplug in, and then I twist them upside down so that the ring is in my ear as well, and that works really well.)

Inadaquate
Okay if you just want to soften the bark of a dog a block away, or the neighbor's toilet flushing, but not good to muffle much sound. I could clearly hear the TV with them in. They are a bit awkard to insert and remove. Very thin material and won't stand up to much use. There are better ones for about the same price here on Amazon.

Such a liar
It can't block 40db as it claimed at all, such a rubbish quality but a tiny bit comfort, strongly not recommend if you're seeking for truly noise reduction due to most of noises like door banging, or people mumbling outside your flat still sound and clear. 4/10 for me

Avoid
Pointless to be honest. My workplace ones are way better

Comfortable with high NRR
I use these for firearm hearing protection. These are comfortable and at least as effective as deep seated foam.
