I used one of these at the gym for stretches prescribed by physical therapist for back problems. Very stable and comfortable. Some extra large folks at the gym use it for massage therapy and stretches and it’s held up great. So I got one for myself. No more trying to get down and up from the floor. Can even do kneeling and sitting stretches on it. It’s very simple design, easy to assemble. They recommend two people to assemble, I had no problem doing it solo. Took maybe 10 minutes, once out of the box. It’s pretty heavy, though.

The photos displayed here on Amazon regarding the assembly are a little deceiving, but basically, to assemble it you remove the bolts from the bottom rack, slide the legs in place, re-thread and tighten the bolts, and then place the bed on top of the 4 legs. It's a 2 person job.The bed is very sturdy once assembled, and the pad is comfortable and odor-free. If you don't need a folding bed, I recommend this one. The rack underneath can be used to keep pillows or blankets.I'll be using it for my lumbar and neck traction machines. It provides a nice surface for these devices.The height is not adjustable, and it is about table height (about 30").

Works great but a little wobble

The overall construction of the model BM-1074 is satisfactory, but it doesn’t appear that the manufacturer provides any method to attach the legs to the mat section other than the pipe inserts on the bottom of the mat segment that the legs slide into. Without a way of fastening the bottom leg section to the mat ... you can’t pick it up to move it without the bottom leg section pulling off. Slide? Maybe, but it’s rather large and heavy and too cumbersome to deal with unless you have help, and my 3 dogs have proven themselves to be of little help around the house unless it’s to notify me it’s time to feed them. I called the telephone number for Factory Direct Wholesale LLC (several times and during normal working hours) which is noted on their warrant card to get assistance with the product and ... no answer. I then pulled up Factory Direct Wholesale LLC on the Better Business Bureaus’s website and checked their profile. Ehhh!So I’m on my on. Again, the product itself appears to be stout and should provide me a method of floor exercise without getting on the floor (being 71 and wearing a below-the-knee prosthesis makes getting up from a prone position on the floor considerably more difficult than for 2-leggers, even without the dogs licking my face) so I’ll do something like drilling a small hole through each leg and its insert and placing a sheet metal screw in all 4 legs. Something the manufacturer failed to do.

Perfect height. I use it almost every day. Enough of a cushion to be comfortable without being too squishy

This is a very sturdy table and I feel secure getting up on it with a client to stretch them. I am an over 60, fit female and easily put it together and turned it over by myself in about 15 minutes. It is heavy, and leverage was all it took.My only problem with it is that It comes wrapped in a thin plastic bag with all the metal pieces rather loosely behind it and then put into a plain cardboard box. The corners are not protected with styrofoam or extra cardboard. I noticed some embossing and a little tear at one corner. I’m hoping it doesn’t become an issue with wear and age.

You can use it for message but this is one of the best exam tables I have used.

Finally a table with a wider with, sturdy construction, and comfortable pad. Although you have to pay for a little shipping, this is the best value table for the money. Other tables are not wide enough and easy to fall off, but not this one. Works well for my 75 year old mom who has bad knees.
