This sleep supplement is very useful, especially for long flights. I use it on the plane when I can’t sleep, and it really helps me relax and rest better. The softgels are easy to take and work well for me. It’s a good option for travel and adjusting sleep during long trips.

The capsules work really well for me. The packaging is horrible - you have to cut through two barriers just to get it open, they will NOT peel off; and then the flip top never works, the whole top comes off. I transfer the capsules into another container just to be able to use them.

I was sent the softgels by mistake, I usually use the Gummies. It could’ve been my mistake thinking soft cells were Gummies. These are 100% great to use every night, gets me to sleep and I stay asleep.

I was using an anxiety medication for years. My doc told me that at 65 it could cause dementia. There was no other choice. Try something else. This helps a lot!

I am a "tough nut to crack" when it comes to sleep. I have to say this one did calm my mind down, no racing thoughts, no rapid eye movements. But, it just didn't flip the switch into good REM sleep. I took 2 about 30 minutes before going to bed. Did several minutes of deep breathing exercises. Very calm and relaxed, but no sleep. Took 1 more about 4 hours later. Still no sleep. Will try again tonight . . . (sigh). Don't know if I'll purchase again.

While these say they come from the Olly Store, I have serious doubts, for starters THEY ARE GREEN!🟩 I've bought the Olly Sleep from several different stores for almost a year now, and NEVER have they been green. My local store was out so I took a chance and ordered them here on Amazon to have the next day. Not only are they green, I had a total of 61, not 60. I counted and recounted 4times all totalling up to 61 gel capsules. Usually getting extra would be a good thing, but since there are other comments who had off counts, it just makes me NOT trust this. So, based on all the inconsistencies I will NOT be trying these specific ones because, who knows what it is. I will say if you have trouble falling asleep then give REAL Olly a try, maybe get from local store though. Also, while REAL Olly DO 100% help me fall asleep, they don't help me to "stay" asleep, & DEFINITELY help fall quickly asleep and stay asleep for about 4hours before I wake up. 4 hours is better than no hours right.🤷🏼‍♀️...The best part of getting 4hrs of sleep is that I have NEVER had a headache, groggy, or hangover feel the next morning, which is amazing, as almost every prescription drug my Dr has given has made me feel awful the next day, but not Olly, THE REAL OLLYs though....Again, with these ones I guess buyer beware, because these seem to be nothing like other Olly Sleeps I have seen, again THEY ARE GREEN!
