Amazing skates
Absolutely love these. Color was on point. Haven’t skated in years. I’m talking 20+ and getting back into it. These are totally beginner friendly. Amazing on bumpy concrete. I’m a 7.5 shoe size normally so I went with a size 7 and they are a PERFECT fit. I feel like my ankles are supported. Worth the price.

Nice beginner skate
These are nice skates, but they are in no way "adult professional". If you never owned skates or miss them and would like to have a set, these could be for you. The boot feels sturdy. I purchase the brushed jade color and like the look and feel of the boot. The wheels have a softness to them (good for outside), but not too soft for inside. The wheels do not have a hardness/softness number on them and are ok. I am assuming you would be able to replace them with better wheels. The stopper is attached with a phillips head screw and there is no way to change/adjust the angle of the stopper. Personally, I dislike (and have never used) stoppers as it is not the proper way to stop on skates, but I know many people use and depend on it. This comes with a bag to store the skate, a wrench to adjust/change wheels and two barring's. I did not give it a 5th star due to some minor limitations, lack of adjustable angle on stopper and the skates are attached to hard plastic, not metal. As far as my level of skating, this will not be a big deal for me.

A Decent Starter Skate
To begin with these skates are best if bought for $50 or under. Currently I have seen the prices for the black and green ones without light-up wheels (black and clear wheels) priced at about $47 and some change. Here are the issues/bad things regarding the skates: 1. The first thing that is going to need to be done is replacing the nuts on the axles with new ones. The ones it comes with are either very cheap nyloc nuts or they used a little thread locker. Regardless, the ones I had on mine would not tighten up without pinching the bearings (which is not what you want, you want the wheel to smoothly spin and slowly come to a stop). The factory nuts could be spun with my fingers unless they were far too tight. Go to any home supply store like Home Depot, Lowes, etc and get 8 M8-1.25mm nyloc nuts to use as replacements for safety sake, they cost me around $5 dollars total for all 8. The last thing you want is a wheel to pop off and to dig the axle into the ground and throw you down. 2. Larger wheels will not fit or be dangerous to use as the studs that mount the skate plate to the boot are very long and can get close to the wheels and may interfere when turning. Smaller wheels will be better to use, unless you have a way to safely take some of the length off of the studs via cutting or grinding to shorten them. *3. If you weigh over 170 pounds (I weigh around that amount myself so I speak from experience) the skate plates will feel like they are flexing under your feet, or at least I felt an abnormal sensation coming from the plate while testing them. Whatever the exact case may be it is not exactly comforting, but the plates did not break. Take it with a grain of salt, but if you weigh under 170 pound I imagine you should be fine, or if you have a smaller shoe size (I ordered 44/ men's size 9) the length of the plate will be shorter and that may also help prevent them from flexing and potentially can hold more weight. So larger feet and being over 170 may have a similar experience, but smaller feet and being around 170 (or less) or possibly a bit more you may be ok. *This is my personal observation and not a hard fact.* 4. The boot is rather thin and won't give much ankle support; if you have weak ankles just be cautious. Onto the good (in my opinion). 1. They are a good starter skate. Don't expect to do elaborate jam skating or dance skating with them as I am unsure how the boot/nylon plate would take that strain (plus the toe stop hangs a bit low). However, they are great for relaxed skating forward or backward and a little dance or so here and there. To learn to skate you can't go wrong if you buy these for under $50 with smaller wheels and change out the axle nuts. 2. They feel like nothing on your feet. Compared to other skates I have used, these feel like I have nothing on my feet. For me this is nice because it helps reduce fatigue that can be caused by the heavier weight a cast aluminum plate has compared to the nylon plate these use. 3. These are also a good "Trunk Skate": an expensive skate that can be kept in the trunk of your vehicle to be used at moments notice and won't be missed if someone were to steal them. They also come with a carrying bag which makes keeping them in the trunk easier as well. Overall: While they have their issues (such as needing to replace axle nuts and the studs mounting the boot to the plate prohibiting certain wheels) I can recommend them as a good beginner skate for anyone who wants to try and isn't wanting to spend a ton of cash on skates. I also recommend them as a decent skate for anyone wanting to just keep a pair in their car for spontaneous skating, but doesn't want to keep a pair of $100-$300+ dollar skates in their car 24/7. With some small modifications as well they can be better/safer too and give you a better experience.

Me encantaron, están súper cómodos y bonitos. Ya los usé y se patina muy bien con ellos, los recibí un día antes de la fecha indicada. Pedí talla 40 y me quedaron un poco grandes. Mi talla en México es 5.

well made and look really nice too in black. The wheels need tightening initially but it comes with all the tools and a carry case for the skates. Would recommend as a new skater myself! Size 8 was true to size compared to the shoe size I normally wear as well.

These are fun, I go to my local roller rink every weekend. I had a two occasions where the wheel came off mid-skate, they don't come very lubricated so if you're used to going fast you'll want to be aware of that and keep the nuts on your wheels tight enough that they don't fall off. (Rookie mistake on my part) Luckily I didn't injure myself. The bearings aren't the best so I'd recommend purchasing the ones you can clean and properly lubricate. All in all though, as long as your nuts are tight enough and nothing makes noise while you are skating they are a great pair for beginners (like myself) I bought them with the thought of potentially not liking roller skating but I love it and will probably invest in a more durable pair in the next few months. No complaints on the ride, the "cowhide" forms to your foot nicely, and the trucks and plates aren't aluminum so they feel light and cozy when riding for hours indoors. If you want to try these outdoors GET OUTDOOR wheels. These wheels will not take outdoor sidewalk pavement well.

Buena opción aunque las medidas fueron muy justas pidan una medida más grande para que queden más cómodos
