what is the difrence betwin 170mm and 175mm?

The difference is the length of the crank arms, where the pedals are attached. 175mm is generally for people around 6 feet tall+ and 170mm is for people shorter than that.

What chain is recommend to use for this? ( 1/2 3/32, etc.) (Not speed. but size.). wanna use on 6speed FW (1/2 3/32size). till upgrade to 9speed .

you cant use a 6speed chain with a 9 speed set up. The width is different
