If you bought this is because you are looking for a healthy alternative to everything that is out there. Guess what? Is not going to taste like the others, the others use artificial flavors and fake stuff that I do not want on my body. The taste is not great but not terrible, like some wines, is an acquired taste. They are not cheap but healthy alternatives never are. As far as hydration goes, they do a good job and at the end of the day, that is what I want.

I’ve been trying to find a low or no sugar alternative for liquid IV. This not it- one of the worst tasting water additives I’ve tried so far. The flavor is gross and it’s extremely salty which I expected but if the flavoring is akin to cough medicine you can’t even stomach the product. I’d advise anyone to keep looking.

I did not like the taste and takes a while to dissolve in your water (room temperature).

When I first got this I was really disappointed, didn’t like the flavor. So it sat around a while and then I said well this was expensive I’m not throwing it away, and started using it again. It’s drinkable & I do think it helps with hydration. I think it helps me feel better in the mid afternoon when I sometimes will get a headache, or just feel bogged down. I think I’m actually going to order it again! So, initially, I wasn’t a fan, but now I’m ok with it. I don’t think I’ll ever drink it & yell, yay yummy! but that’s in line with what this is. I’ve had a few of these powdered healthy drink mix type things and none are delicious to me, they’re just drinkable or intolerable. This is drinkable.In my opinion, It’s best COLD. I put it in a leak proof stainless bottle with ice & shake VERY WELL :)

NOOMA is my favorite form of hydration- both for during exercise and before/after. It’s a great every day hydration that has no added sugar, clean ingredients, is high quality, organic, and keto, paleo, and plant based friendly. I’ve relied on Nooma for years in all my marathons and triathlons.These hydration mix packets are super convenient. Easy to pack on my bag or carry on a bike so I can easily get the electrolytes needed.The flavor is amazing- you won’t be disappointed. I love both the mixed berry and the lime! Can’t go wrong with either!

Love this product. It’s so convenient in the sticks. I love that the ingredients are all natural. And you really do get a boost front the cordyceps. I’m an ultra runner. It’s great to throw some of these in my pack so I can add it to my water as I need it. No stomach issues or anything for me.

My husband and I both tried this mixed with water. I had to fight a gag response and he said it tasted gross! It almost reminds me of the pre colonoscopy drink that gives me the same gag response.I should have read the reviews first. My bad.

I am a big fan of Nooma products, and I got really excited once I saw they offered an on-the-go version of their drinks. I like to drink one of these, with the caffeine, before a workout. With Nooma, I feel good throughout the workout, whereas some other pre-workout type products don't tend to sit as well in my stomach. I think this has to do with the fact that Nooma is made with super clean ingredients. They're super portable too, which is great on the go! I highly recommend!
