Crush washers were super warped.
The filter and gasket were fine, but the crush washer was extremely warped. Bad enough that I felt the need to pick up a different one somewhere else.

Missing crush washer and very late
I just installed the filter seems to be ok on my Himalayan..it took about 8 weeks to arrive, the gasket was in good shape, but NO crush washer was in the package, bit dissatisfied to be honest.
