Yes they are mugs. However feels like a China cup.
I love my new mugs and even the packaging was impressive.Happy I purchased these.

Pretty but not sure practical.
Mugs are not marked microwave and dishwasher safe. If they are not, they are not practical in todays kitchen.

These are absolutely the most gorgeous mugs. So clever with the addition of lids and spoons. I bought to go with the 24 pc checker pattern square dinner ware set. Nice size with generous handle.
