High quality wool sauna hat. Has held up immaculately with over a year of use. Looks cool. I would say I have an average size head for a dude and it fits me well. Definitely protects the brain and keeps your head from getting too hot.

Great sauna hat, stylish, nice quality
Great quality. Recommend brushing off surface lint when you first get it. I wear it every time I’m in the sauna. I have a pretty big head and this fit me, so if you have a smaller head it might sit low on your brow.

Good but not great
It works but not as good as the regular merino wool beanies. I can last longer in the sauna with this hat but even longer with the regular merino wool beanies.
