We were headed to Florida and realized our young weed of a son has outgrown his sun shirt from last year, so based on reviews I found this one and ordered right away. Shirt arrived on time and we spent a good 5 days in the pool and bright Florida sun last week. He found it quite comfortable, he's a taller 60 pound 6 year old so we bought the Large, and he still had room. I thought it looked great on him, and it held up well to 5 days of constant pool use. He had no issues with any color or sun on the parts covered by the shirt, meaning the protection it offered was obviously good. I also found the quality to be above average as it seems to be well made. Quality: Stitching is great, no signs of loose threads, no rips, tears or holes. After wearing for a week, around 4-5 hours a day in chlorine the shirt looks and feels the same as it did. I own a white sun shirt from another company and after using it for the same amount time I'm seeing yellowing and fading, so my son appears to have gotten the better deal. Feel: It's a nice stretchy fabric that feels soft to the skin, my son is super sensitive to touch, so for him to like how it feels says something for sure. Overall: I would totally order again! In fact my two other kids could use another sun shirt for the summer so I can easily send a dry pair without needing to wait for it to dry.

These shirts are great. Quality material and the spf is truly built in. I rely on these to keep my little ones safe from the sun we use at the pool and beach but they’re so pretty and light that we also wear out and about. Recommend.

I bought the red long sleeves one for my daughter this past summer. I like the weight of the fabric, it's not too thin. The color is a true neutral red, so it could easily be worn for both girls and boys. The shirt has held up well over the whole summer with her in the pool a couple times a week, and being washed at least once a week. She never got a sun burn while wearing this and no sunscreen under it. She usually wears a 3T shirt, and the 3Tsize I ordered fits her well.

I bought this for my 10 month old granddaughter and we've used a few times already. It really does run large and I have to roll the sleeves up to see her hands. She is on the small side for her age, but fits into 9 month old clothing. I saw previous reviews that warned that this item ran big, but I bought the 9-12 month size anyway because I was afraid the 6-9 month size would be too small. At least with it too big, she will grow into it (we live in Southern CA, so she'll get some use out of it year round) and it is easier to get it on and off.

I love this shirt for my son. Not just for the pool but anytime we go to the park too. We live in AZ where the uv index is very high so it’s great to just put this on. I don’t have to put sunscreen all over bc the shirt covers his neck and arms. Maybe wouldn’t get white again, toddlers and white don’t really work together. It hasn’t some stains on it. :)

We haven't worn this outside or swimming yet. It seems and feels like its good quality. I am worried about the wide fit for actual swimming so I'll send the kids to outdoor camp in these to use as sun protection and maybe for splash pad. Also a little bit short for how wide it is. My 4.5 year old is in the yellow size 4 (size 5 was extremely wide for her) and my 2.5 year old is in the green 18/24 as she was "swimming" in the 2T. My kids are petite though. One came with threads hanging out all over, I'll just trim them and hope its not a structural issue. Love the vibrant colour options, wish the tops and pants came in the same colour selection. My 2.5 year old will only wear clothes that are "spinny" so the ruffle at the bottom makes her extremely happy!

I purchased this for our 18 month old granddaughter who was going to be visiting us in the Florida Keys for a week. I chose the 18-24 month size and it was perfect. She should be able to wear it thru this coming summer. no problem with any kind of sunburn ... and it was nice having at least 2 arms, chest & back that didn’t need to have lotion spread all over. ... We all know how much fun it is to ”lube up” up a squirming toddler with sun block. (Ugh) Good product.

I stopped ordering swimwear from Lands End this summer and am so grateful to have found this product. It is of better quality and made in the USA! After a whole summer of heavy use it still looks and feels great. The color is bright and the fabric is not snagged or worn. The color is bright and my son loves this shirt! I wish the neck fit a bit tighter but he actually prefers it loose and I just have to remember to put a bit of sunscreen on his neck.
