Not True to Size
I am a perfect size 8 and I ordered 8.5-9 and the slippers are way too small. I tried to return them but the cost was $24.00 and not worth the cost to return...that's where they get you! I will not buy from this seller again. Very dissatisfied.

Mostly fine
I've had these house shoes for about a year and a half. I got them for $15, so I suppose I got my money's worth. The sole is nonslip and excellent. They are comfortable and warm. The upper is very soft, so it stretches out over time, making them too loose. Even after machine washing and drying, they don't shrink back to the original snugness. I ended up adding fluffy insoles to make them more snug again so they don't just fall off my feet. Today, I will throw them out. The upper fabric is rather delicate, and the big toe areas have worn thin. As someone who prefers to keep house shoes for at least five years, I likely will not purchase these again. A year and half of wear is almost "disposable" to me, and I'm trying to keep things out of the landfill as long as possible.

Comfy, nice fit, but really really warm
I noticed my previous slippers were a size 8 wide, my shoes were 8.5 wide and after reading most of the reviews I went with the mid of 8.5 - 9. They fit really well. There was no break in time needed. Although, the back doesn't really slip up over your heel to prevent them slipping off, I haven't really had any issues. I can say that I can't wear them all the time though. I normally do have cold feet during the winter so I'm sure they will come in handy then, but for now, I do have to take them off and allow my feet to breath because these babies heat up quickly. Overall, I'm not disappointed but I'm also not over the moon excited about them. I am sure I will end up looking for another pair that doesn't get as hot.

Listen To The People Saying 'Buy A Size Up'
I picked these slippers out as a Mother's Day present for my mom, who has rheumatoid arthritis and needs a style of slipper that's both supportive and easy to step into (as in, without having to use any hands pull up heel material in the back). They ended up being perfect for her. She loves how cushy and warm they are, they provide much better support than her last pair, and they're no trouble at all to slip on and off.The only snag was that, at first, I ordered her actual shoe size, 7.5-8. I HAD read the reviews beforehand, but it seemed fairly evenly split between people who were happy with their true size and people who claimed they ran small, so I decided to start with what I knew and go from there. I ended up having to return those; they did end up being too small. She had to cram her foot in uncomfortably just to get her heel inside the ridge at the back. I replaced them with a pair of 8.5-9s, and THOSE fit perfectly.Just save yourself the extra steps and order the next size up from the beginning. Or order both, if you're really not sure, and return whichever pair doesn't work. But the slippers are worth it. My mother loves them; I can easily see myself getting her another pair whenever these eventually wear out.

Tight fit at first. They need to be broken in. Must size up alot.
I got these slippers because my previous slippers were too flat and worn down and I was lacking support to walk on my hardwood floors. These shoes have great support and are soft on the inside. However, when I first got these shoes they were very tight on my foot and I almost returned them thinking they were too small. But I had also gotten a pair for my mom who is one size larger and tried those on as well and they also felt really tight and small. I decided to give my shoes a few days and now it feels like my foot fits well in them. I do highly recommend getting one size up, because the heel of my foot is smushing the rim of the shoe instead of fitting inside the shoe completely (I am normally an 8 so i got the 8.5/9 size thinking I was already sizing up but I actually needed the 9.5/10 size). Also, I am kinda disappointed after washing the shoe one time a bunch of threads came loose on the shoe. It said it was machine washable but they kinda fell apart after one wash.
