This is a sturdy and helpful chair to help the disabled or elderly take a bath safely. The chair stays charged for weeks without having to plug it in. I’m very happy with this purchase.

If your scared to use your bath tub because you know you cannot get out by yourself, this is the perfect solution for you. I am 75 and I so missed talking my baths, now I can take one anytime I want without fear, so easy to use. Just sit on the seat, swivel around while putting your legs in the tub run the water lower seat into the tub and start bathing, simple. Best thing ever made. So glad I didn't spend the money on a walk in tub.Also you can take this with you.

Only have it for one month and used it 6 times. Battery stays charged for a long time and it stays in place. The person that uses it only weights 100 lbs, so no problem going up. My only concern is the tub needs to be rather full as it sets about 4 inches above the bottom of the tub. based on my experience I would recommend it.

I bought this for my mom as she was having trouble getting in and out of the tub. She was basically having to sit in the shower (horrible, who wants to bathe like that?!?). Now she uses it on the regular and is able to bathe and soak any time she wants. We removed the flaps in the side because they were getting caught under the seat, but they have had no change on the function. The turntable on the seat is great because it allows her to turn and get out of the tub with out any skin getting caught or pinched in the seat. My only gripe is that the hook that is included doesn’t stay attached to the wall very well so we’ve had to find other ways to hold the remote. Other than that it has been excellent and my mother has even recommended it to her friends. This helped get my mother back up and moving around again. I’m so grateful for this chair!

I went to get into the chair, and I had very very very difficulty. It did not fit well in the bathtub and I felt like I was gonna fall forward. It was very dangerous for me so I had to return it. I couldn’t get out of it very easily either. I’m having my daughter return it for me because it’s too heavy. She went to return it and they wanted $130 for postal and why should I pay $130 to return an item that I can return for a $450 Prime account that’s ridiculous. I’m not very happy about that. I just wanna return it you know I’m a good customer. I buy a lot of things, but this does not fit my tub at all and it was dangerous. Went to the post office to return it and they said we had to pay the postage for $130 that does not make sense when I paid 450 for the product and I have to pay that postage to return it, which is a returnable item this does not seem fair and, I’m not very happy and I am a good customer and I buy a lot of things from Amazon but this is not a good product for me. It does not fit my bathtub and it was very wobbly and very unsafe.

Overall we are very pleased with this bath lift. It's surprisingly light so it's easy to get in and out of the tub. The lift action is very smooth.We received a damaged unit at first, but we contacted the seller and they sent a replacement and a shipping label for returning the damaged lift. We were glad they worked with us because we really like using it and want it to last.

If you have balance issues this chair is not for you. I wish that the back could be reclined a bit when first seated. I get spinal fluid headaches when I sit up straight for just a few minutes. The description of the chair states that it can be reclined but doesn’t indicate that the feature only works when the chair is on the floor of the tub.Additionally the suction cups do not work in a tub with a rough textured floor. Obviously this is an accident waiting to happen as the chair tips easily.The swivel seat is nice for transfers. It would be nice if the swivel seat and the wings that sit on the edge of the tub could be locked in place. If the user doesn’t have balance issues that the user should enjoy this chair.The chair is well made and easy to assemble. If anyone knows how to fix the problems I am having with using this chair please let me know.

Updated on 10.18.23 Seller responded to message via Amazon portal within 2 business days. Seller indicated a remote would be sent out via FEDX. Received remote today and installed tub lift. Screws to swivel seat a little tricky to screw in but once one screw was in the others went much easier the lift is very smooth going up and down. I used the Medical brand tub lift fie last 7 years until remote played out. I hoppy that I decided to go with this brand alternative so far.Contacted the seller over 4 days ago regarding missing remote to use the unit. No response. The seller contact information is incorrect with a phony phone number. Buyer beware. Will be returning unit if seller refuses to send missing part. This is the problem with Non Prine Sellers. Generally can’t be trusted to do the right thing.
