jury is still out on this one, but I injured myself on the leg because I became too aggressive. too frustrated that the hairs grew out of the last laser hit spot.

This laser unit will only cover a tiny area at a time. If you need to cover large areas it will take years to do it. I'm returning the item without using it.

I am shocked, amazed, impressed, stunned, etc etc etc!!!THIS REALLY WORKS! And not only does it work but it works amazingly well. I spent over $1,000 on laser hair removal and did not get results these good. I use the machine on the highest setting all over my body and have never had any issues. Plus it barely even hurts compared to laser which is intolerable.So far I've seen about 85% hair gone on my chin90% on my underarms90% on my happy trail (lower abdomen)90% on my bikini lineI treat every single day instead of once a week and the results are brilliant. Once you're at 90% of the hair being gone just treat weekly or as needed.I can't say enough about this little machine. I am over the moon impressed with the results I've seen. And all for less then $150.00?!? It may not work for everyone but it's hands down the best hair removal tool I've tried and I will continue to use it forever!

I received mine today. It came in an unsealed box. You just lift the top and the device is just in the box. So is the plug in a simple unsealed smaller box inside. Anyone could have used this before me. I plug it in, turn the key that unlocks the laser and nothing. No light. No sounds. Left it plugged in for a long while and still nothing.
