There is a flap on top inside the zipper. This is brilliant to avoid kissing the zipper when you zip all the way up.- Color. This is much brighter. Wando has bright picture on website but much darker in real life.- The zippers are more fluid.- Detachable hood- Wrist flap cannot be seen as a plastic piece like Wando does (weird choice on Wando)- Price! I got this under $35. Wando was on sale at $50. The current prices are $53 and $733 stars because- The structure is right, but lack of detail.- Incorrect color presentation.- Big pockets are good but inconvenience to zip and unzip (personal preference)- Undetachable hood!

My son loves a fuzzy lined hood as he won’t wear hats. So that and fuzzy lining of torso is a big plus. Style is fine and fit is good. The little toggles that keep the hood pulled close to the face are not good quality and don’t hold but it is survivable as he rarely uses that feature. It isn’t very cold here in VA but for the few colder/windy/drizzly/snowy days this has been perfect. I bought this (and one for my daughter) in case we actually get to go skiing this winter as they rarely wear winter coats regularly so I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I think these would be fine for that purpose too but hard to tell until you try.

I wore the jacket on a winter ski trip. It kept me warm and was comfortable. However, I did return it. The side pockets were too high and it was awkward to get my hands in them. I did like the fact that they were deep pockets and I could fit my large gloves in them. But I really missed from my previous jacket is the zipper in the sleeve where I could put snacks, tissues, etc in. They do have a small inside upper pocket for a ski pass or phone I liked but I need more pockets in a ski jacket. For example I had my wallet and ski pass in that one upper pocket and when I took my wallet out the ski pass fell out and I almost lost it. It was probably the best jacket for its price but I'd rather pay more since I'll use this jacket maybe for the next 10 + years.

This jacket looked whiteish/very light grey with dark grey trim in the product photos. What I received was a very dark grey jacket - not at all accurate to the seller's photos. Also, the jacket has a tag that says "hand wash only" but the product information said machine washable. Nowhere on the jacket or tags does it say it's waterproof/water-resistant. Haven't decided if I'll keep it yet - but clearly, what I bought and what I received were two different things.

Great substitution for my $200 North face. Fits fine just a little larger than expected. 2 exterior pockets, one interior chest pocket. No string on the hood though to tighten around your face.. And NOT A DETACHABLE HOOD

Really nice jacket, especially for the price! It feels well made and warm. It's not overly bulky for my son to wear to school with his bookbag. Looks nice and he loves the inside pocket for a phone or MP3 player along with the spot to run his headphones through. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great design. Works great in snow and cold weather. I live in Ohio, if that helps. I like in the fleece lined interior.

Good quality winter jacket for a reasonable price considering what the name-brand versions of this sell for...Sometimes feels a little itchy as I think the goose feathers in there are poking against your skin but maybe it's just me I don't know.Very warm in any case as I start to sweat almost immediately if I put the coat on before I walk out of the house...

Given this jacket was designed/sold for "downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowsports, mountaineering, hiking, journey" (aka, active wear) it is surprising/disappointing that the zipper is not 2-way (i.e., up from bottom or down from top). I looked at my other outdoor/active/hiking/ski jackets and they all have 2-way zippers. I also find this jacket to be slightly on the heavy side. This wouldn't be my first choice in an outdoor jacket, but the price is certainly tempting. I'll keep looking...

I m glad I ordered a size up to Xl a large would have been to snug.
