FP2953 Remy Peel & Stick Floor Tiles, Grey, 12"L x 12"W x 0.06"T

These tiles are not really peel and stick. We laid them on a flat, clean surface in our small downstairs loo on a Saturday (we had fun and games lining them up) but they looked OK. We came down on Sunday morning to most of them having lifted up either on the corners or tile edges. We had followed the instructions to the letter and even bought additional tools such as a tile roller and cutter to make sure we did the job properly. We then tried extra adhesive, which Wallpops advise against, but this didn't make much difference as it was difficult to control because the middle of the tiles had stuck and the spray just went everywhere. Although we managed to stick down most of the tiles the occasional corner pops up. As soon as we have the money and time we will be replacing them. Given we spent at least three days trying to make the floor look reasonable with disappointing results, I would advise anyone thinking of buying these that they would be better off buying proper vinyl tiles and using tile adhesive, it would ultimately save you time, money, and a good deal of frustration!

To whom this may concern, I purchased these tiles to install in my bathroom. I am highly disappointed that once laid i am unsatisfied. Firstly they are falsely advertised as ‘peel & stick’ self adhesive tiles - the self adhesive isn’t adequate & they don’t feel secure. Secondly the tiles are not square - the pattern doesn’t marry from one tile to the next, where the pattern may match correctly at one point it then doesn’t match at another - so basically the flowing flush pattern looks off set and not lined up correctly. Also another concern that IF the flooring was to get wet due to being in a bathroom, as they aren’t squared off in the corners this will allow water to get in between the tiles causing them to raise over time. This has only been drawn to our attention once laid & we are highly dissatisfied - what should have been a quick fix make over has now turned into a costly job, The tiles will require removing and NEW flooring will need purchasing & installing. Please find photos attached. I would appreciate this being looked into & would like to request a full refund of the ‘faulty’ products. I await your reply. Kind Regards Kimberley

The print doesn't line up. It has been cut wonky. Doesn't stick. All going in the bin. Cuts easy though

I have ordered 3 packs of self adhesive tiles and as you can see pictures attached 1 pack all tiles had corners bent and damaged, one had mismatched colour tiles and the other one most tiles were damaged (most likely returned items by other customers) The tiles look really good and good quality but amazon should’ve checked quality before sending damaged/ returned items by other customers, very disappointed with their customer service. I hope someone will look into this and take action so it doesn’t happen again to other customers.

Ordered 6 boxes of these for our bathroom. They do not stick! We did half the room and really struggled to match the pattern. When we came down in the morning they had started to lift at the corners and edges. Additionally we then found that one of the boxes had a different batch number so the colour was slightly different. We tried to lift them and found that they were stuck in places and so to get them up we would have to try scraping them off. We decided on damage limitation and bought some adhesive. We went round with it to the corners and edges that hadn’t stuck, in an attempt to stick them. It has proved very messy and is taking hours. It’s then difficult to clean off adhesive. I decided to call Amazon to complain and the person just kept repeating my option was to return the items for a refund or accept a £10 gift voucher! I explained over and over that we are half way through laying the floor and could not return. These items are not fit for purpose, do not stick and do not match. You don’t know that until you start laying them. We will have finish what we started but it is inferior and we will most likely have to cover with something alternative.

Purchased ages ago and only just got round to using them so unfortunately can’t get a refund. These are nice, thick tiles and the adhesive seemed okay, but the pattern does not line up so it’s a no from me

The pattern does not match up. I had to search the boxes for tiles that would give as close a match as possible. Probably the worse floor tile I have worked with and I have laid many floors over the years. If you are wanting a pattern that is consistent throughout with no gaps this is not the floor for you. If you stand far far away then the imperfection is more difficult to see or do what I did and put a rug on top. By the time I started to lay the floor and peel of the backing and cut tiles, I felt committed to keep going. In hindsight I should have just returned the tiles. Also you will need 'hard as nails' or similar to get a good fixing.

This product fails it’s brief and is not suitable for a non professional floor layer. The pattern is not symmetrical and in some tiles has a miss match in pattern of at least 5mm. Trying to align the pattern becomes impossible. The strength of the glue is very weak, with tiles lifting at the edges within minutes of being laid. Poor quality, do not waste your money.

Plattorna är inte lika! Osymmetriska så det går inte att få ihop plattorna snyggt. Fick vrida o vända och jobbet på 2 kvm tog lååång tid. Syns på en del ställen. Tur man har matta!

These are very sticky to work with but look amazing.

My laundry room was absolutely God awful! The old lino was original from 2003 and we have had 6 different renters in 12 years so it was time.... I looked into the real tile and almost fell off my chair! These came up as an option. So I called my amazing ex husband and asked if it was a task he could help me start.... he said sure so we moved Ry w dryer put and started in the middle of the door frame and kind of worked our way up to the storage door and then sides. The wall wasn’t straight, so we had to be really careful of where to cut, but in the end we had little waste, and if the tiles don’t match up exact, TRY ROTATING THEM ON ALL FOUR SIDES! If one didn’t work at all, we tried it some where else. They are not perfect but go through the box and find any with slight damage (we had one in each box (2.5 boxes for this job btw) so we used the around the edges. If you flip the tile upside down to match up edges and trace and cut, it will be way easier to line things up later :) I am so happy with this I ordered more to finish up the storage floor that has the same ugly beige Lino crap in it. Ps I also ordered “glue” but the instructions said not to use it, so we scrubbed the floor and let it completely dry and then laid these as instructed BUT today (day 2) some of the corners are kind of lifting which is why we took one star away. You just go and stand on them and they go back down but kinda a bummer but for the price??? I’m not going to complain!! For less than $40 and 6 hours, I have an updated floor and it’s in style and BEAUTIFUL! How can you beat that???? BUT IT!

Leider kleben die Fliesen nicht auf meinem Laminatboden. Alle Ecken und Kanten stehen ab und machen eine Stolperfalle. Vielleicht müsste man einen Primer verwenden, damit die Fliesen besser haften. Mit den Vinly Kleber, den ich noch zusätzlich gekauft habe , ist sehr aufwändig und eine riesen Schmiererei mit den einzelnen Quadraten.

The final resault is beautiful and I am very happy it. However be prepared it will take a long time, measuring, matching and the adhesive gets so sticky on your hands that I used a paint thinner to wipe my hands in between the install. The execto knife didn’t work for me, I used scissors.
