More brilliant pasta from Garofalo.add 50%to the cooking time.
I'd been using Garofalo penne,fusili and spaghetti for the past 18months. Then I discovered they do Organic wholewheat pasta. So,I've just got some white organic spaghetti and some fusili... Texture,flavour and digestibility all to the max. These pastas are absolutely a different level from supermarket stuff. Two of them are 1/2 price at the moment. Even at £2+ there all very good value. So snap em up folks because the price of wheat is shooting up! If you have kids and want the best quality food for what you spend,I would recommend Garofalo pasta. Bon appetit Update, September 17th....I just did a mountain of Garofalo organic spaghetti in the simplest sauce I could come up with...it was so filling,tasty, substantial.if your kids like me spag,they'll love this one.and it's £1 off at the mo.

A great fusilli
A very crunchy snack great when watching movies after midnight, very noisy though and can wake ppl up who are fast asleep! Be aware!!!

It's only pasta!
Nice but way too expensive. Much cheaper and equally as good pasta out there , just spend a little time finding and trying different brands. Tip: the whiter looking the pasta the better quality apparently? Don't know. I go by mouth feel more than anything else. Bon appetito!
