EZ PICK UP1000 Count Pet Dog Waste Bags, with Dispenser, Blue 9"x12", 50 Rolls, 1000 Poop Bags

I've order a few other types of bags but ending up coming back to this one. Some of the other were too hard to open as the plastic was too stuck together and another ripped to easily. I also keep a roll in the car for misc trash clean up.

This set has the best dispenser. No more center cardboard cylinders and difficulty pulling the bags through a little hole. This is the bomb, and the bags are a nice size as well.

I've been purchasing the EZ bags on the roll for many years & decided to purchase the individual rolls when I saw them on sale. I have a detailed review of the bags on one roll in the other EZ listing.These are 50 rolls of 20 bags each, & they come with a dispenser. The dispenser is probably one of the nicer ones I've seen. It's heavy plastic, white, & seems to be made well. The bags were $0.0135 each (not including tax or factoring in the dispenser), & a good value for what you receive. I purchased the blue color. The listing states they come in 3 different colors, however at current time of writing, I only see the option to purchase the blue ones.The bags themselves are blue, somewhat see-thru, & unscented. They are easy to rip each one off the roll. The bag size is 12" x 8.25" each. You can easily fit your hand in, & flip inside out to tie up the bag. They are sturdy & I haven't had any troubles with them breaking. They do not control odor, however & the bags are not biodegradable.How do they compare to the EZ bags that come on 1 roll? I've purchased both the pink & green large roll poop bags for years from EZ, & these bags are similar, however I like the ones on the roll better. But recent price increases may have me reconsidering future purchases.Comparing size of these vs EZ bags on 1 roll (pink) : these bags are slightly wider, but a little shorter. These bags- 12" x 8.25", vs the ones on the roll- 13" x 8".Comparing quality of these vs EZ bags on 1 roll : these bags are thinner than the EZ bags on 1 roll, & those block out the contents a little more. It's worth mentioning though, that the 1 roll bags used to be thicker & better quality. They are noticeably thinner than they used to be, & the price has went up considerably. So that's all things to take into consideration, especially if you go thru a lot of bags. Look at cost per bag to compare, as well as size, unscented vs scented, & if the bag is biodegradable (those tend to cost alot more).Comparing these bags to other brand names: I think these are still a great value & better quality than many bags on the market.

Update 11/22/13--I have to downgrade my recommendation from 5 stars because I have had a couple problems since I've been using these a while:1) Twice my fingers have somehow gone through the bag. I can only figure these two bags had some kind of defect because the bags are thick enough that this should never happen. Even when my fingernails are a bit long I haven't normally had this problem. Very disappointing, obviously.2) Three times now the dispenser has opened up on me and dropped the roll of bags. This is also a big problem because you don't feel it happen, so you keep walking and then when you need a bag...no bags.Still, I freaking love this dispenser so much I am torn. I'm a dog-walker so I use the dispenser and the bags a lot. Trying to figure out a way to ensure the dispenser doesn't pop open (being sure it's closed tight, tried putting a rubber band around it but the rubber band fell off and got lost--LOL). Would I buy these again? Yes, I think I would; I love the dispenser that much. I haven't been able to find it sold separately and when I emailed Gorilla Paper they said they do not sell them separately. (They come sealed in the box with the bags.) And the bags are such a great deal, even if I did get a couple bad ones. Hopefully those were freak incidents??? I am willing to just be mindful after I put my hand in the bag, before I actually reach for that poop...check to make sure no fingers are showing.--DMI have been searching high and low for reasonably priced bags that are large enough to comfortably pick up large poop (I have a Great Pyrenees) without risk of getting it on my hands. I've also been searching for a good dispenser; many break easily and I haven't seen one before that helps tear the bag off the roll for you--usually you have to try to keep from pulling out more than one bag at a time, because it's hard to tell where one bag ends and another begins, and you have to use both hands to get the bag off the roll. One of the reasons I tried these bags was to get the dispenser. I LOVE it. The little tab automatically hooks into the perforation between bags so just pulling out a bag almost tears it off for you.The bags are a little larger than many that are available and that extra inch or so in both directions makes all the difference if you have a really large dog. Or if you want to pick up some extra piles that irresponsible dog owners have left along the trail or in the dog park.The plastic is thick enough that they feel substantial and I don't worry that my fingernails could poke through. Here are the only cons IMHO:--The blue bags are somewhat translucent so they are not as discreet as a fully opaque bag. I think the black would work fine if this is an issue for you.--The dispenser is a bit hard to open--and yet it also popped open accidentally once and dropped the roll of bags. Hopefully this was user error and won't be a regular problem.I really wanted the pink bags just for fun but those are unavailable; I contacted the seller and they are not sure if they will be able to sell the pink ones again in future due to a legal issue. If the pink ones ever come back I will snap those up and be glad to have an extra one of these cool dispensers just in case I lose or break my blue one.

They haven't ripped or leaked or anything like that, but they are definitely thinner than they used to be. I still have a couple of rolls left from my last order of the same exact product so I can tell the difference. It hasn't changed their functionality but I just personally would have rather had the thicker version. But now I'll have to live with this for the next year or 2 that it takes me to go through them. It is a great value, you can't beat it!

Cheap and convenient, small rolls fit in pockets. No scent.

These are the best poop bags on Amazon. They are sturdy but thin and easy to tear off and open. The dispenser is one of the best ones. It has a little hook that catches between each bag making it easy to find where it tears off. Will definitely buy again.

Good size and the bags are strong. I like the fact that they don't have a plastic roll in the middle - less waste. I would purchase again.
