I began buying this sausage/brand at Whole Foods and Costco. I just realized I could buy online and avoid going to the stores...so happy! It is truly the best sausage on the market. The quality and taste are amazing. I also noticed they are doing an organic product and will be loading up on that. This company continues to amaze by changing the way we look at sausage/bratwurst.

Ouch -- Product, arrived discolored, wrapped perfectly, overly salty and gritty, although stated fully cooked, when heated (oven or stove top) product (meat) becomes hard with outside cracks in the middle, the ends never open; meat product has to be cooked for a much longer time to become somewhat softer, along with a smell to discourage consuming, will I repurchase this item, never, if you still want to keep your teeth due to touch unforgiving woody pieces, at least this is how product (meat) behaves.
