These are absolutely the best keto Bars I have tasted so far, for some reason keto bars seem to be difficult to get right, every keto cookie or bar i have come across hasn't been to my liking, yes these are a little crumbly, but you just need to eat them a little more carefully. The banana bread is absolutely delicious and is my favourite flavour so far, the choco hazelnut is also good but tastes a little more like dark chocolate if that Is your thing. I am still waiting on the other flavours but I bought them all to try I was so impressed with the banana flavour.

Banana flavour is very artificial. It’s off putting after the first bar. They are incredibly crumbly - which is a shame because it makes it very dry. I have crumbled mine into a bowl and mixed with double cream which also helps make the taste more palatable. It also has a bit of a burny sensation after a while when eating a whole bar - I can only guess it’s one of the synthetic sugar type ingredients. Nice to make a bit of a keto cheesecake though!

Macros are great, no maltitol present. Banana bread flavour is best. Main flaw: the bar is so crumbly that it's difficult to eat without making a mess. It should either have better binders, or be coated in a thin layer of dark chocolate (or similar) to help holding together. I bet if you chuck one in your bag in the morning, then by the afternoon it will have turned to dust.

I was recommended these by a work colleague while I was on an NHS diet programme. They're keto bars and very low in sugar. I find them a little dry to eat on their own, but they're perfect with a cup of tea for elevenses :-) They're quite a soft, crumbly texture, not chewy at all.

I was so happy to find a delicious snack with so little carbs and sugar, but it’s just a lie. Check full pics before buying, the total carbs is 13g and 10 of those are made up of polyols. I’m not on full keto but I’m strict with my daily carbs and sugars and this one bar literally uses up all my daily intake. What is wrong with the supplier? You should be honest and put the total carbs and sugars on the front of the box , not try and catch people with this 3g nonsense. Anyway, just like others I have been duped. Pity, but lesson learned though so thanks for that I guess….

perfect low carb treat for keto. value for money isn't the best but nothing is on keto (except eggs). Good size of bar, in line with other protein bars. easy to swallow but quite crumbly, definitely a high quality product because of the great taste

I bought the banana bread flavoured bars... There is an explosion of flavours in your mouth, each more amazing than the next... The after taste is exactly like you have swallowed a piece of banana bread! These bars are a game changer for my Keto Diet and I will definitely be ordering them on a regular basis! To those who are saying that they are high in fat... THIS IS ON PURPOSE! The whole point of the Keto diet is to keep your fats high... Therefore filling you up for longer! These bars have a slight crumbly texture but they are very convenient to grab on the go for breakfast, snack or even dessert. They are multi functional! Don't Delay... Order these today! You won't regret it!

I thought l would try these for a change from my usual snack bar. They are expensive and very disappointing. They do not have much in the way of flavour and were greasy. I will not be buying them again.
