I've use custom diamond dots around five times and I have not had a problem with the custom diamond dots. They come out good as you see in my video and pictures. But I'm not finished with that one just yet. That's why you can see the discoloration and that's where I have to finish putting the rest of the dots, so if you want to go custom, this is the way to go so don't hesitate just do it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They both turned out EXACTLY like I was hoping. In my second picture, the white spots are frosting, they are supposed to be there, it was my best friend’s birthday and things got out of hand, it’s not the picture. I just ordered 2 more and I’m confident they will be just as good as these ones and they came way sooner than I thought. I can hardly wait to get my next ones. Will post pictures. I also love that the drills each come in their own resealable bag so that makes storage easier instead of having 12 extra colors and only 3 resealable bags to use and the prices are waaaay better than other sites and offer more size selections.

This was my first custom diamond painting print. I am in a diamond painting group on FB and inquired on this company and many told me they were known for doing good, clear designs and shared pictures of their completed designs. They charge you according to the size you want your print to be. I know that you need to go bigger to get good, clear details so I opted for a 19x19 print. I paid for a 19x19 full drill area. What I got was a 19x19 canvas...the drill area was only 17.5x17.5 with a 1.5 inch border that is just excess canvas. Kit was nicely packaged...no concern about canvas being excessively wrinkled or creased. The quality of the design was really good. The company provided plenty of DMC drills. I also received drill tray, 2 drill pens (single amd multi-placer) and pink wax. My pattern had 27 colors/symbols and I was able to substitute 5 Aurora Borealis DMC colors. The legend was really clear, no funky symbol designs. The symbols on canvas were clear and legible. I opted for round drills and every symbol was placed inside a circle on the grid so you had a good template for placing the drills. The canvas had a really good adhesive quality. It was covered with the clear crinkly protective film. I removed that film and replaced with diamond painting release papers. I will get print matted and framed before gifting. IF I can edit review I will add another picture once framed. I was REALLY pleased with the quality and clarity of the design. If you are looking for an affordable custom diamond print I would highly recommend. Just keep in mind that the size dimension you order will be total canvas NOT just your picture area. Pictures in video are: Original photo, DP design on canvas, work in progress photos, finished print with flash, without flash, standing at a distance so you can see how print would look across a room.

I did not receive a great result from my first diamond art picture through this company but it was by no fault of their own. I would urge anyone choosing a picture to make absolutely sure there are no shadows on the picture because this causes a discoloration in the drills and your picture won't turn out right. I had this happen in the first picture I chose and customer service could not have been more helpful or understanding in making it right for me. I was very impressed by their willingness to rectify the situation even thought the mistake was not theirs. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company.

I read all the information about size, etc. and I sent in a very clear picture to specs. When I received it - from China - I could tell immediately that the canvas (and small picture on canvas to show what it should look like) was completely washed out. I am not sure what they did to the picture or if they were running out of ink in their printer or ???? It was of my dog who passed away. ALL of the background came out the same washed out brown even though there were distinct colors in the background (black of the TV stand in the background and a beautiful red oriental carpet to the side) .... and my dog...? He came out with GREEN LEGS. The picture clearly does not have green legs. GREEN!!! It is a very clear picture with white and dark brown. I finished the picture just to make sure I wasn't giving up before I could see it complete. I am so very disappointed. I would recommend going to a U.S. Seller instead - especially if the picture is important to you. I will order from another seller.

The picture was very true to what I had sent them, as were the colored dots in the kit. I gave as a gift and she was thrilled!
