Perfect fix
Rebuilding a 1983 Ford 302 with stock cam and rebuilt stock heads. Some rockers took 1-1/2 turns to torque, some took two turns but all were way past the 1/2 turn ideal. Some needed small shims and some needed big shims but in the end all rockers hit torque in 1/2 turn or less. Great product that cured my woes.

Preload fixed
Just what was needed to get my preload correct. If you mic the .6 they show .4 and the .3 show .2. The .6 and .4 are not the thickness but rather the impact to preload from what I see. The .3 was exactly what I needed and put it spot on.
