Markwort Game Face Softball Safety Mask - Large

I have a big head.. hat size around 7 7/8.... this is comfortable! Lightweight but strong, I like the extra bars around the mouth area. Can't wait to use it. I'm switching form a bull helmet-mask combo.

Works great! You can see the ball well and it's very comfortable. Just wish it adjusted better or had a place or the extra strap pieces to stay in one place instead of flapping every where

I asked a teammate if I could try out his game face for an inning of pitching. I was pleasantly surprised to note the mask fit over and did not interfere with the standard shop safety glasses I was wearing. I ended up "trying out" the mask for seven innings. When I got home I ordered my own.Field of vision is not impaired, you barely notice the portion of the mask that is visible in front of you. As noted, the adult size mask does not interfere with safety or shatter resistant sunglasses if you wear those. At first the chin guard feels slightly uncomfortable, especially if you sweat, but you soon become accustomed to the fit and feel.I had to make a few small adjustments on my newly arrived mask. One velcro attaching strap was not completely adhering to the plastic of the mask. A few drops of model airplane plastic cement cured that. I also had to relocate and re-glue part of the velcro attachment on the chin guard. Not a difficult task by any means. Used my new mask, pitching in the next game, without any worries about being struck by a batted ball. One did go by me pretty quick.This appears to be a good product that does what it it is supposed to do. I'd recommend it for anyone who pitches softball or wants facial protection when playing on bad hop infields.

Very good mask, this is the first mask I’ve bought and used for protection while pitching. Very light weight on face, great insurance.

Lightweight, fits my mansize head. Purchased for some lightduty catching for my 12 yo daughter. Does the job and worth the price.

The large is MUCH larger than the medium. My daughter has a medium she used the past 2 seasons and loved it! It was too small this year so I ordered a large which is the only other size. This one is way bigger. Looked gigantic on her face and didn't fit well even with the straps tightened a bunch. It is made for an adult. I would recommend the mask but wished they offered another size in-between the two. Returned this and bought a Rip-it which fit her better.

Very good protection. I use this in a senior softball league and full vision is needed. Great and lightweight. I would purchase these again if needed.

As a 12 and under pitcher , this will really help. I tried it on , it was a little loose , I adjusted it and everything, I even put my ponytail in and it worked great !!! I tried to put a ball where your eyes would be , and it didn't go in . I love it !!!

Haven't been hit in the face yet, but it's sturdy and I'm confident it would protect me. Good visibility...don't think I missed a ball because of it.

Nice mask, only issue is the chin pad is velcroed in and after 1 use the chin pad had fallen off the mask/lost. Unable to buy a new chin pad. So mask is useless
