They can vary pretty widely in levels of bitterness ranging from extremely bitter to not bitter at all. When you get ones that aren't bitter they taste almost like an almond but more floral.

Not so bitter, bitter Apricot Kernels.
I haven't been taking them long so I don't know the long term help just yet, but they are not hard to chew...not to bitter at all. ONLY TAKE 3 a day as recommended.

Bitter Apricot Kernels
The Bitter Apricot Kernels arrived within a couple of days of order. They weren't securely packaged, as asked for the item to be, being they are a non return item. Hopefully item will provide the benefit it states. The price for the size of the bag is good, appears fresh. The bitterness is bittering, but it's not horrible. The texture is soft, not hard to chew. The Kernels are small and must be chewed in order to get the benefit. Because they do look like little almonds, keep out of reach of children and unsuspecting adults. I would purchase again.

I bought this for my brother to help him with a personal illness, the package came to Colorado Springs in record time. I am in Oregon he has clatage four…so we feel it is just too late for him Just one of them made him throw up. He would break them in half and still it would come up. I told him it must be a really good Pure product to work that quick ? the doctor gave him 6 to 9 months. Wish we would’ve known about this healthy Secret three years ago they may have helped him. Hope this review helps someone out there
