Easy to put together and adjust
The poles arrived two days early, which was a nice surprise and meant I could use them earlier than expected. Easy to put together and to adjust to my right height. Only used them once so far, and felt like I’d had a really good work out after it. Can’t wait to go out again!

Best nordic walking poles
The poles ate surprisingly sturdy; i weigh 15 stone. Having only one extension seems to help them be sturdier in my opinion. The quick release hand grips are very handy - forgive the unintended pun!
