Quiet, effective, and convenient. Gets the job done for a great price!
I purchased this to help with dry winter nights in Texas when the central heat is running more often with cold temps outside. I was waking up with dry mouth, dry skin, and a dried out nasal passage. This unit does a great job of combatting the dryness created by the heater, so I don't wake up feeling like a raisin. The unit is almost entirely silent. The only noise I notice is the occasional bubbling sound when enough water is consumed to refill the humidifier element or whatever it is that turns water into humid / misty air. Note, it's not mist as in wet mist you would see at a theme park on a hot day or something. It's just humid air. If you put your hand over it you won't notice it get wet, etc. The tank is a decent size. It will run 3 nights on the low setting and 2 nights on the medium setting. I would assume you get 1 night only from the high setting, though I've never needed to run it on that setting. On sub-freezing nights, the medium setting is fine. On above-freezing cold nights, the low setting does the trick. I've had no issues. I am using purified water from a reverse osmosis system to fill the tank. Unsure how hard water might affect the longevity of its components, but that can be said if any humidifier. Glad I purchased this. Worth every penny in my book.

Excellent Product - Don’t Forget The Spout!
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! When you unpack the box, there is a small package with a spout cap and brush. These are both critical pieces. Do not be tempted to use this machine without the spout - if you do, everything around the machine will become drenched quickly.I couldn’t be happier with this humidifier. The tank is big enough that it lasts through the night, even on the upper power levels of the dial.Out of the box, it’s very easy to set up. I cannot stress enough the importance of the spout cap though. It comes in a small packet and I assumed it was either an enhancement or possibly to be used for storage.Nope! If you turn it on without the spout, you will be enchanted by the massive puffs of lovely humidity coming out and think that’s all you need. But the fact is that huge clouds like that are heavy - too heavy to float away from the machine. They settle and condense immediately and very quickly, you’ll have a pool of water; not only on the surface you’ve set the machine on but it will soak whatever fabric might be nearby. The spout not only prevents this, it’s remarkably effective at directing the mist and pushing it further away from the machine and higher into the air.The provided brush is marginally useful for cleaning the rubber inside parts. But be sure to do this, especially if (like me) you choose to ignore the warning not to use essential oils or other non-water liquids.About adding oils: The oils WILL erode the plastic tank and fan mechanisms or even clog the wet wicking filter. There is product called Vicks Vaposteam that seems to be more effective and safer. My research shows that it’s less damaging to a humidifier because it has a high alcohol content so it evaporates and doesn’t clog as much.Edited to add: “Doesn’t clog as much” means it still clogs it. The oils WILL gunk and clog up the parts, sooner than later. I learned this very literally 3 minutes after posting this review. I looked over at my adorable little humidifier lovingly and noticed the bright red placemat I’d set it on was…maroon. Lifted it up and discovered it was saturated. Not because of a defect in the product, but a defect in the user. I’ve been adding nasal passage clearing oils to help with a cold and didn’t clean it out before adding more to the next water refill. Sure enough, because it’s a cold mist humidifier, the oils sank to the bottom and solidified near the drain. Backed the whole thing up. It took boiling water and a toothbrush to scoop the goop.About cleaning: Especially if you add an oil but even if you do not, debris and gunk will collect at the bottom of the tank by the rubber parts and wiping them away doesn’t get everything out. Oil will attract even more gunk and can very easily create molds and bacteria’s which, if you don’t clean out, will spew into the air with your mist. This really has been a great product and value - I plan on ordering a couple more for the holidays.

Usage
It's working great so far, quiet. A little brush came with the humidifier, but it's puzzling how to clean and where, as no info about this is in the booklet. Make sure you screw the cap completely to 'lock' position, mine was cross threaded whilst locking device after I filled it with water and sit it on device, and it wasn't pushing out any air. When I stopped it to check, to my dismay, it was over flooded and I had spillage all over( I quickly unplug it, as it could have caused an electrical fire). My advice: Do ensure you are physically seeing the water mist thats coming out, if not, something is wrong. After a few hours, in the morning, a red light comes on, indicating water is used up, I think this is their indication of "auto shut off" of the device, though I still hear the purring sound, so it's probably still running although the water is out. I check it once in a while during the night, to make sure it's still doing its job, so far, so good. It has 3 levels, the higher the number [3], the more mist it gives out, hence, the faster the water will be used up.It's a bit messy when you need to refill, as you have to be careful, as the bottom part still has water within, which I empty out in a basin, before I do a new set up with fresh water. They specify no aromatic oils, I was disappointed with this, but I guess any oil or added liquid will clog the system.Overall, I'm satisfied with this little humidifier. My room is very hot with heating vent close by, so this humidifier definitely will help, as my skin got too dry, had nasal congestion which lead to slight bleeding in one side nostril, as the room with heat is too dry ( Winter season right now). Hopefully this humidifier will ease those problems, it's only day 3 of me using it.Wished the nozzle could have being made to direct the mist towards you or in another direction. It's only an upward flow (direction) of mist you can get, according to this design. No other directional flow. This is not that cool.Hoping that the product work without any issues. So far it's ok.I'm satisfied so far, as of Feb 8, 2025. Cold in NY!

A fine misting humidifier
This humidifier works very well. Easy on the water consumption. Quiet. Effective. Easy to fill and replace tank on top unit top. I would recommend for bedroom.
