We got this for me when we moved in Dec 1st. This was my life before our couch got here last week so I used it very often for every type of sitting in our apartment for a while. First off I’m not the one that put it together, my wonderful partner did but he said it was super easy and he’s handy but not the handiest you know? He doesn’t do this kind of stuff for a living or a hobby we just love legos so I’m sure you can put it together easily! I really loved everything about it from the start. It looks just like pictured, even with the bunny ears. It’s so perfect! The feet rest is NICE and the best part. They also gave us a wonderful Christmas gift that made us just wanna cry. Now while I can’t speak for longevity because I’ve not worn it in for years, it’s pretty darn perfect and my partner tries to steal it every time! I’ve watched every movie and tv show of the season in this thing and have played endless matches of fortnite and a bunch of Pokémon in that comfy thing. Even slept in it one night when I was sick & didn’t wanna infect him! Highly recommend!

My son is on 1 year with this chair. He loves it. Unfortunately, he leaned back with it a few too many times and snapped the plastic by the wheels, luckily we were able to find a replacement piece on Amazon that worked perfect. This chair is worth the price, my son loves it and was easy to ensemble. Aside from the snapping plastic, it is very durable and the fabric looks as great as it did when we bought it (and he sits in this chair daily).

to start, the back of my chair came with small scratches in the back panel due to shipping which I haven't let effect my review of the product, i used this chair for my pc for a little under 9 months and found the bottom pad is a little small if you plan to be seated for more than an hour for work or gaming. the back support pillows adjustability can help with the stiff back received by the seat. the massager in the lumbar pillow also had some issues getting randomly very hot after running for a small amount of time and had very little benefit in use. the neck pillow was also too small for me and too big for my girlfriend so I opted to remove it. besides the scratches it shipped with the faux leather material used is very good and has stood the test of time. the one spot that did receive and sort of damage on the leather was a spot where the back support beam that you drop into the back of the chair to hold your backrest up snapped right along the entirety of the weld when i was leaning back at the 150 degree angle and stabbed a rectangular hole into the backrest and smacking me pretty hard on the spine. good times! I contacted support on amazon and after sending them pictures of the damage and my contact/shipping information they said they'd get replacements out very promptly. probably wouldnt purchase again due to the small seat pad and my personal issue with the neck pillow but the foot rest was nice and customer support was very helpful.

This chair is GREAT!!! the only complaint I have is one of the arms did not screw in properly but that could just be me🤣. The instructions are colored and easy to read, I also appreciate that the screws are pre screwed in!!!. All and all you can’t beat this chair for the price❤️❤️❤️

Purchased as a gift for my husband and he lives it. (By loves it, I mean he spends a lot of time in it, has no complaints, and was excited about it when I gave it to him...). It seems pretty sturdy. While I don't spend much time in it, I have sat in it and it seems comfortable- and he sits in it frequently and seems comfy... it's not really heavy at all and is on wheels so can easily be moved around, but needs to be plugged in for certain features to work, so ideally needs to be near an outlet (unless you aren't interested in using those extra features, like him...) It does have a nifty little slide/flip out footrest, but it seems really 'short' to me... he doesn't really use that much, but it's definitely there and seems pretty sturdy too. Overall I think it's definitely worth the price.

Pros: - Cheap - The base is stiff (this is a good thing as it won't become squishy easily) - The head sopport is very comfy and soft. - Very easy to put together thanks to the easy to read and simple instructions. - You can sleep comfortably on this due to the foot rest and how far it reclines. - The arm rests are padded. - The screws are pretty much all the same and already installed (except for the armrests), no possibility of confusion which is really nice. Cons: - If you recline a lot, the screws for the armrests can become lose, allowing the arm rests to wiggle left and right. - The lumbar support it very squishy and soft, so it will become flat after a couple months. (It's why i like the base being a bit stiff). - When flipping out the footrest it squeeks about 50% of the time. - The footrest it short, but I realize it can't be any longer. I'm 6'1 and about 6 inches of my ankles and feet hang off. - Personally I would like to see the levers for height and recline on different sides. Sometimes I accidently use the height one when trying to recline. - Absolutely hate the bolstering on the side. I know gaming chairs are based on Racing Seats, but the bolsters on this side severely limit how much I can move my legs. Update: After a couple weeks of use, this thing creeks a lot. Just adjusting my sitting position makes this thing creek very loudly. Leaning back makes it creek, even just sitting down. Just cheap junk. Brought down to a 1 star.

For starters, this was shipped and delivered fast!! Which was awesome because I wanted to get it before my sisters birthday. I was originally a bit skeptical and unsure as to how hard it was going to be to set up the chair and make sure it was sturdy enough. This chair was super easy to put together, it came with the screw driver and extra screws and bolts incase anything went missing. I had no issues getting the chair set up and was able to recline it all the way back without being worried if it was going to fall apart or worse case scenario, break. Very comfortable. I was a bit confused on the foot rest part of the chair but managed to get it put on correctly. My sister loves the chair alot, including the massage pillow!! If you’re debating on buying it, ITS WORTH THE MONEY!! And the chair came with the rabbit ears too super cute!!

I bought & returned both the "Upgrade" and the "Plus" version of this chair and am very disappointed. As a plus-size woman who has been working from home for 2 years now, I am sitting in my desk chair for 10+ hours a day. I've been through 6 different office chairs over the past 2 years in an attempt to find just ONE that doesn't cause me pain... I first purchased the "upgrade" version in late 2020. It arrived quickly (yea Prime!) and was very easy to put together. Great support, the ability to adjust the back was new to me, but something I can't live without now. The cushioning on the seat was amazingly comfortable! I could sit in it all day without pain! I'm also only 5'4", so the fact that my feet could actually touch the ground when sitting was a major win for me. I was in love with my chair... then about 4 weeks later, the hydraulic lift gave out and the chair would just sink to the lowest height as soon as I sat in it. I ended up returning it to Amazon (again... yea Prime!). I will note that while I am plus-sized, my weight is within the max capacity listed for the chair, so the hydraulic failure is a problem with the parts and not with the user. Fast forward a year and two chairs later - after buying yet another painfully hard seated chair, I decided to go back to the chair that was amazingly comfortable, but buy the "Plus" version, figuring it would just be the same chair with maybe better reinforcement and an upgraded hydraulic cylinder... WRONG! The entire design of the chair is different, with the major problem being that they made the seat and back SKINNIER in the Plus version. Yep - for a chair specifically made for larger people, they made the seat width SMALLER than the regular version. Five minutes after finishing putting it together and sitting in it, I was taking it back apart and boxing it back up. The sides of my thighs and lower back STILL ache from sitting in it with the "wings" digging into them. In addition, instead of the sturdy metal t-back attachment in the "upgrade" version, they made the "plus" version a flimsy side-screw attached chair back. All in all, if the hydraulic cylinder in the "Upgrade" version was reliable, it would have been the PERFECT chair. Unfortunately, even free returns through Prime are not enough of a draw for me to have to box an entire chair back up every 2 months and send it back to Amazon. And yes... I was one of those people who saw the multiple reviews of failed hydraulics and thought that these people must have just gotten a bad cylinder, but now I'm thinking it's a common occurrance.

The chair is very comfortable! its the first time i get to have my very own gaming chair (actually its the first time i have a comfortable chair at all) and it feels great. Assembling it was easy and fast, we did it in less than 30 minutes. I ordered this chair last week and it got broken in the transport, amazon told me and i got a refund very fast! then i ordered it again and it came super fast. I think this chair is gonna be a great asset for gaming AND zoom classes. I spent the whole night on it watching stranger things and my back is not in pain at all and TRUST ME, its very rare! Anyway, i recommend it warmly! good chair for a good price.

É bonitinha e fácil de montar, eu comprei a azul mas depois me perguntaram se eu poderia trocar a cor pois o estoque da azul tinha acabado e eu optei pela roxa. Eles enviaram todos os parafusos e duas ferramentas para montagem da cadeira, no entanto, ao montar percebi que uma das almofadas veio com um rasgo, e algumas partes da cadeira estavam sujas, parece que a cadeira estava em exposição.

Baught this for my husband's Christmas gift, I really don't know between the 2 of us who really owns this very comfortable chair, we love it gonna have to order another chair soon, so we can quit fighting who has been in the chair longer. Also it was super easy to assemble. Thank you very much, we really love this chair will order another chair soon.

Not the same as the picture. Its the Furgle gaming chair in pink. I still like the product but I'm sad it doesn't have bunny ears and it doesn't have the massager pillow, I was really excited about those two features the most. It would've been better if the picture was the Furgle pink chair so I wouldn't have different expectations and feel scammed. I would've given a full 5 star if the product listing pictures was the Furgle chair.
