can tweezers be used for removing boogers?

Technically? Yes. However, I wouldn't suggest it because babies are WAY to wiggly and you'd likely poke the tender membranes in there. Build syringes are best. If they are hard to remove saline nose drops can soften and loosen them so they can be sucked out easier.

How long can this product be used?

It is individualized. Some children have finer hair then others and this set would last longer. This is for an infant not a 3 or 4 year old.
