How do you hold the glob in place

there are 3 screws in the base of the fixture that tightens down over the neck of the Globe

Looking for a clear globe wih a 3.25neck that is open on the bottom.

Globe is a little smaller that 3.24" but the screws in on fixture tightened down on it easily and held it just fine. The is NOT a clear globe... it is white plastic.
