Makes a nice loaf of bread
Whereas I have a reaction to most wheat grown in the united states, this particular wheat is am able to eat without issue, I use it in bread a few times per week, love it!

Excellent flour!
My sister, who is sensitive to gluten, is able to eat foods baked with this imported flour without any problems. We have made wonderful waffles, biscuits, pie crust, and cinnamon rolls.
