I have been wanting to add Tumeric to my diet.....I don't really like taking pills, and this seemed to have a good dosage of Tumeric per serving. I had been using matcha tea and am not fond of the residue and chalkiness by itself, as well as bland flavor. I read an article on "golden milk" and when I found this with the added cinnamon, black pepper, ginger and matcha thought I would try it. A bit expensive, for the size to me, and I have only been using this for a few days, but I believe it is worth it and will continue using it. I have been making a cup of "tea" - late afternoon or after dinner using a scoop of the tea powder, a spoonful of unsweetened coconut cream (not the kind used for mixed drinks) a bit of unsweetened almond/coconut milk hot water and a few drops of stevia. This makes a wonderful beverage and feels great! Just sweet enough and with good flavor so as I don't crave something sweet after dinner. Recipes for the golden milk use a homemade Tumeric paste....but this take on it is way better in my opinion. I really like the combination of herbs. Many other ways to use it I am sure....but a great product.

For those who say it's grainy, keep in mind the base is matcha green tea - every matcha out there requires whisking, blending, or in my case, shaking. For those who say it doesn't taste good in water, matcha is not made for water alone - milk or creamer is typical. For anyone who has tried multiple tumeric or matcha drinks, like I have, I think you'll find we are the ones giving 5 stars. Other matcha are grainer, other turmeric teas have way too much pepper taste. I add the turmeric tea powder, a dollop of fat free condensed milk or a splash of coffee creamer, and a scoop of honey. I mix it in a spill proof travel tumbler. I shake it quite a bit. I drink it at work and have commented to curious onlookers I prefer my morning martini shaken, not stirred. LOL I am no longer a coffee drinker thanks to this healthful elixir! Turmeric tea is a much better way to start the morning. Cinnamon balances blood sugar, turmeric and pepper work together to smooth out the aches and pains, and ginger helps digestion, matcha boosts metabolism and is a great antioxidant. Turmeric tea is an idea blend for my morning and afternoon tea. Opportuniteas is a great seller and promptly answered a question I asked.

I was looking for a way to get my Turmeric in without having to choke down big capsules. I like that this has the black pepper in it and it does work well for pain and inflammation. My only complaint is that it tastes awful!! I tried it in water..yuck! Then plain kefir..still yuck. So then I put it in orange juice and it's way more tolerable that way. I think it could do without the cinnamon in it, it just has that bitter taste like you'd get if you put plain cinnamon on toast without mixing it with sugar. I'm not sure if I'll purchase it again, I may explore other options.

I'm very pleased with the Tumeric Tea Powder. While taste is subjective, all I can say is that I like it. It mixes well in hot water with no lumps. I stir it occasionally as I drink it because there is some settling. There might be less of this if I used the recommended concentration but I make mine stronger - just personal preference. I'm not one to believe every claim about natural remedies or to jump onto fads but there does seem to be significant reason to believe that tumeric does provide health benefits so I feel good about drinking it; sure beats a sugar laden soft drink. By the way, I don't know if this is mentioned in the description but a convenient measuring scoop is included in the package.

I don't think I'll buy again because Of the taste. The packet is tiny and when I first saw it, I couldn't see how you can get 30 servings out of something that's less than 3 oz of powder. Once I opened it however, there was a small little scoop in it, and the powder had been packed tightly. A small scoop does indeed make an 8 oz cup. Actually the taste was so...green....that I added Splenda and poured it over ice, and it's still quite strong tasting.see attached photo where I put into a sbux venti cup over ice. That's a lot of liquid to get strong flavored from one tiny scoop. Also the powder didn't dissolve very well even in hot water. An hour after we had mixed it, you could still taste grit. I like green smoothies but putting this into water and drinking it plain might be an acquired taste. I'll update if I start to love it. Also lets see if it helps with the inflammation. Seems like it's more green tea, more matcha, and pepper and less turmeric but it's hard to say. OTOH the republic of tea (biodynamic turmeric and cinnamon) tea I bought, which tastes very good and has reduced my inflammation considerably, is much tastier and more turmeric-y than this.

Love it! Mixes well in my smoothies. In my own opinion the taste does not impact my blend at all! I mix a multitude of things in my smoothies. This may not be the case for those experimenting and or beggining to clean up their diet. Those of use that have been in healthy eating game for years will not have problem with this blend, this is about healthly living hence, we live it. I split the package in half and brought one half to work to refrigerate and use for morning and lunch. I think most people should understand that you only need to dose the blend based on the tiny scoop size provided in sachet. This is the equivalent to the recommended serving size of similar herbal blends in powder or capsule form. You only need a small amount to achieve cellular level activity. I'll definitely buy this blend again.

I was having female bleeding issues and drank semi contra along with my Guinea hen weed tea. I changed eating habits and began eating quinoa along with drinking green veggies, green tea and blueberries smoothies, along with adding turmeric spice on everything I ate. Also drank apple cider hot water daily. All of this stopped the bleeding issue. I drank this semi contra at night and the Guinea hen weed tea in the morning on an empty stomach along with my hot water vinegar. The following week, I began combining the two teas together to drink during the day. I also did the castor oil packs on my abdomen with warmth from my electric heating blanket at nights. This is a miracle product!!! I was bleeding since February and my issue finally ceased this month in July!!! I'm very happy! I'm doing so much better and feel so blessed I found these products.(^_^) I can't wait to share this good testimony with my doctors. God is truly good all the time!!!
