Was so excited to receive the parlux hair dryer. This is my second Parlux.Unfortunately, the dryer lacked heating elements.In comparison with my first Parlux, the heat was off by a lot.the dryer had a defect.It cost almost $10.00 to return the dryer via UPs. I had to purchase new packaging and uPS charged for printing a label.Would not recommend this seller.
