jumbo size muffins, as described. The Monfish is sturdy metal/non-stick pan - comes packed in a branded box with paperwork. For $13.50, pretty high quality, exactly what I was looking for, and already baked a perfect batch. Beware: the nice looking blue bottom considerably scratched on 1st use from siding over oven racks. Returned a different brand one off Amazon described as “Texas Jumbo” but arrived standard muffin size, was flimsy aluminum, in a plastic bag. Keeping this Monfish one for sure.

Very handy muffin tin. Perfect size to make breakfast sandwiches in the oven. Food comes out easily and quick clean-up. Feels very durable and looks nice too.

I love GV yeast rolls. But they are tiny baked individually. So I bought this to bake two together in each extra large muffin cup. I seasoned it according to manufacturers instructions, but regardless, you do have to spray it with your favorite oil to be completely non-stick. I spray olive oil cooking spray in each cup. Place two rolls together side by side. Cover with parchment paper and set them inside my oven for six hours. They rise, huge, and then I remove them to the counter top carefully so they don't deflate. Remove the parchment paper. Preheat my oven. Bake for 17 minutes and they are golden brown. These are so delicious with real butter! I keep the leftovers in a baggie in the fridge and this is my bread for any meal that I bake every few days fresh. So delicious! The rolls are 36 to a package for under $5 at Walmart. I've also made sweet corn bread muffins with onions, creamed corn and cheddar in them. This baking pan is well made, will last for years. Bakes evenly. Is easy to clean. Its a bit pricy if you're on a fixed income but its worth the investment!

Honestly, we didn't rea;;y think about our muffin pans until we bought these. Oh my, what an upgrade! We have both this size and the jumbo size (extra deep) muffin pans from Monfish. The heavy weight and finish on these muffin pans are exceptional. Because of their weight and ceramic coating, they heat so evenly without ever burning. Because we always use parchment liners, clean-up is a breeze. We followed the seasoning instructions, which were really a non-issue. We can see how careless handling could chip the ceramic coating, which means that we'll be mindful of it in order to have these pans forever; they're that good. Worth the cost. As an aside, we have fry pans with a similar ceramic coating with the same exceptional performance level. This hard ceramic surface is truly non-stick without polluting your food like Teflon or off-brand coated cookware. With silicone utensils, zero scratches.

Love this muffin pan! The Monfish Jumbo muffin/cupcake pan is made so well that I know I’ll be passing it down to my grandchildren along with my cast iron frying pans. It’s not flimsy, like others I’ve had, but very sturdy and everything I’ve baked in it comes out easily and nothing sticks to it which makes it so easy to clean. It’s perfect for baking larger portions. The cups measure 3 1/2” at the top, 2 1/2” at the bottom, and 2” deep. I highly recommend this pan.

Nice, big, sturdy ..... just what I wanted.

Non stick no liner needed. Even cooking, beautiful tins. Non-toxic, durable. Fits on rack of Nuwave Bravo Pro XL perfectly. Confident these will continue to perform well. They are heavy, thick and hold heat. Standard recipe for cornbread calling for approximately 2 cup corn/flour mix (= std 9 x13 '' bread pan) fills cups half way up using the entire batch, rises about an inch above edges when done . UPDATE: These are still the best, most durable, non-stick Muffin Tins ever discovered in my observable universe. No scrubbing using a dishrag , just rinse, dry, stow.

Sturdy pan with large cups that easily hold a cup of batter for your jumbo muffins or cupcakes. Washes easily thanks to its non stick finish. And I love the blue color!
