Will this model fit a 2020 1500 crew cab with the 5'7" box?

I wouldn't see why not, unless they changed the width of the box. I have an 08 1500 ram crew cab and it fit perfectly.

This doesnt look like the trifold would be able to open with the sport bar. Anyone have a picture / description of how open you can get the trifold?

Will it fit 2014 quad cab express

It bolts to the inside lip of the bed rail, so as long as the dimensions are the same as the inside of your bed, it should.
