Are these tools stainless steel through and through or are they just stainless steel plated? For those that have purchased, has anything rusted?

I don't know if anyone plates with stainless steel. They look and wear like stainless. Even the best stainless can rust a little. Are these the best? No. but they are the best bang for the buck.

Are the bristles on the cleaning brush steel or plastic?

Metal, I wish they were plastic but they aren’t.

They are pretty thick. It caught me off guard, I thought they weren't going to be. In my honest opinion.
