Good
Remember that the chain is measured hoop to hoop. The recommended additional 2-3"+ size doesn't factor the hoops which are 1.5" roughly and don't add to actual length from when you measure your dogs neck. So it be more like 2" +1.5"+ dogs neck.

Great made collar it was too small for my boy so I gave it away as a gift and bought a bigger one
