Great phone, boasts the things you would expect from top of the range phones at a much lower price. Only thing I can grumble about is there is no Google Play store on the latest models of Huawei phones.

This is my third Huawei phone. Was very happy with the previous two phones, with the second phone being Huawei P2019. I wanted upgrade, but having the phone for just two months, I wish didn't buy it. When I was reading about the Google Play issue in the 2021 model, I didn't think it would bother me at all, but actually it is causing me problems. I have uploaded paid app, which helped me with some of the apps, which needs Google play ie YouTube. The big issue for me is online banking. I am unable to open the bank's app. I have same problem with NHS app and there are others. I am using the phone mainly for one daily video call, online search, a few WhatsApp chats and for approximately an hour for YouTube and have to charge the phone every day as it goes from 100% in the morning to below 20% by end of the day. I like the dual sim function so I can have 2 sims cards plus memory card on top of the internal space of 128GB. I am very disappointed and looking to buy new phone.

The battery life has yet to have die within a full day of usage, only being charged when I go to sleep. It has a clever feature where it'll stop charging so it doesn't ruin your battery when it's full. Although you can't get Google apps straight from the store, you are still able to get them on your phone so you aren't limited to certain apps trying to replace ones you already are familiar with. The face recognition and fingerprint reader are very handy to unlock your phone immediately.

the phone is great. It takes very good pictures and main functions are as good as any other phone but because of thé current Huawei ban, you CANNOT download most of the daily useful apps. I could not download my bank app, my favorite chain of coffee apps, my amazon music app., and i can watch Netflix, or disney plus, etc. I can obviously survive without them but it was a plus to have everything at hand.

It's a usable phone, however I can't deny that I regret buying it. It doesn't support Google play and a lot of Google-based apps like YouTube, Gmail, etc. In many instances, it also prevents you from logging into accounts with your Gmail account. I'd highly discourage you from buying this model if you use these types of apps frequently. Huawei makes amazing phones, but due to the lack of Google support, I can't recommend this. Go with either the Huawei p20 Pro or p30 Pro if you really want a Huawei phone (verify if they still support Google products beforehand, because I'm not sure)

Phone arrived it's like new so very happy it does what i need it to do I don't need a top of the range phone so this fits into my life style, My last Huawei phone lasted many years and it still would have gone on except my dumb mistake of doing a factor re-set and then locked me out, so no choice but to buy another phone Many thanks i am a very happy customer

Purchased this phone for huawie health app tht was fine, but I could not get any apps that was important to me

I loved the 2019 version of this phone. With this one I just want to get rid of it. It doesn't support Google so you can't get many apps on it at all. There's a way around it for some apps but some of them still won't work and crash. Battery life and fast charging are amazing. Camera is amazing and takes stunning pictures. Phone is massive and not very easy to handle for this reason. Finger print recognition doesn't really work. Overall the lack of Google services is such a huge downside that I would recommend to avoid this phone.

Preso per mia moglie che aveva un Huawei mate 20 lite. Cercavo un telefono da spendere max 150€ ma con buone prestazioni anche dal lato batteria, con un bel design e che facesse delle belle foto. Questo mi è sembrato il telefono più adatto. Alla fine anche se manca Google, non è poi così tragica perché si riesce a fare tutto tranquillamente, le app le ho trovate tutte su appGallery. L'unico neo dovuto alla mancanza di Google è il non poter usare Android auto e Google pay... Ma si riesce a vivere anche senza.

Non supporta Google, né le sue App. Petal search (l'app che lo sostituisce) oggettivamente non funziona altrettanto bene. Non supporta diverse app (anche esterne a Google). Il mio schermo spesso si bloccava

Catastrophique quand tout est sur google et que le téléphone ne veut pas télécharger google..... Pas play store Pas de gmail Pas de racourci navigation google donc téléphone inutilisable...

Acquisto PESSIMO mancando Google non riesci a trasferire tutti i dati della SIM non riconosce i contatti, moltissime AP di uso comune non possono essere scaricare perché non ha Google play, tra queste quelle Dell antifurto della banca e via dicendo, sto aspettando che mi autorizzino il reso
