Seems to be a good product for stress but I have been feeling bloated since taking it. I like the limited ingredients and seeming to be free of fillers and junk. Stress level did elevate some but honestly and a small boost of energy. The bloated feeling has me stopping from using it any further. Overall seemed like a great product.

I really like that these supplements are 1 a day, unlike other ashwagandha.

Wow...well I am a believer!!! This brand, ingredients, and strength are amazing! My Husband and I took a lesser strength of another brand for months with no difference felt. With agobi it was literally one day and we both felt less joint pain, increased sense of happy, way more energy and far less stressfulness in general. I have been on Lexapro...then Hemp CBD...now Ashwaganda and I'm a user for life. I am also a 2 time cancer survivor and the fact that Ashwaganda is as effective as chemo to reduce cancer tumors is a load of worry off my mind. To know that I am taking something natural that is actively reducing cancer within my body is a huge anxiety reducer in its self. I gave my Daughter and her Husband a bottle (we ordered 2) and she felt the difference in one day. No cramps that time of the month or mood swings...she was a happy camper! It's only been 11 days for us, but the beauty of Ashwaganda is seeing a change in 1 to 3 days. Just ordered 2 more bottles. I have been taking ashwagandha for a number of year with different companies product. I like this 5 in 1 premium version for several reasons, primarily because it works. The second reason is it's only one capsule needed per day. My memory is great. The other ingredients are helpful so I don't need to buy more supplements. The price is a little high but taking the 5 in 1 and that it works balances out the cost. I will continue to purchase this product as long as I remember to do so. I found through some research that taking ashwagandha at night helps with sleep, but it doesn't have this affect if taken in the am. Although I am not a chemist, the ingredients appear natural.

Outstanding product

First off, I am VERY skeptical about herbal supplements. I consider most of it "woo" and have never seen results from anything I've tried in the past. I'm highly resistant to medication, often needing very high doses to get anything out of it. My regular meds weren't cutting it and my doctor won't change them. I heard that Ashwagandha was good for stress/anxiety/etc. I have severe depression/anxiety, am prone to panic attacks, and was suicidal when I first started taking this (thanks, COVID & bad breakup). I figured, what have I got to lose at this point, if I'm gonna die anyway? I've been taking it for 3 months now, and I can't believe the change. NO panic attacks, even though I've had a few events that would have triggered them. My anger issues have gone down. I still get mad, but it's manageable and doesn't ruin my entire day. I can adapt to change better, and I'm just basically on a more even keel. No invasive thoughts of suicide or frequent crying. My energy levels are still total crap, but I never expected it to help with that, as I suspect there's something more going on there. I can't guarantee that this will work for everyone, but the great reviews seem to hold up in my experience. It helped pull me out of a major depressive episode and maintain it for longer than a couple weeks, and for that I am grateful.
