Can this be attached to the larger Mario track

Yes it connects but very boring doesn’t continue the other track

Can this be connected to the king boo track set or only to the main Mario Kart circuit?

I had to use the Thwomp Ruins(?) track to connect them! I have done it for my nephew, and it does work.

Why is this $50 when Walmart has it for $20?

Probably because Amazon is selling 3 tracks that work together.
