Does the hat come away from the mask? Also does the mouth move when you talk?

It's been a while when I had it so I don't think the mouth moves. I did secure the hat. Over all the costume is very good.

I'd say not a Small. I'm female and it fits me just right! 5ft1 30 waist and a 38chest! But it looks amazing btw! And it was delivered a week earlier than planned!
