A good vitamin
I take this vitamin every day it taste nice and it works. It’s easy just to squirt it into your mouth every morning take seconds and there’s no swallowing back tablets because it’s in a spray it gets to your bloodstream much quicker..

Nice taste and works
Brought this as I was so tired, can't say I've noticed a difference in that but the spray tastes nice and recent blood test showed my B12 had gone up so clearly works.

This worked wonders!
My vitamin b12 levels were 'normal', according to my blood test... but I felt so tired! An osteopath pointed out that it was on the lower end of the spectrum and advised me to take this product, as it absorbs quickly and efficiently. I have been taking it for a few years now and I feel back to my old self again. Still get tired - but nothing like before!

One does is 8 sprays and it’s incredibly sweet. Haven’t noticed a change in my energy levels or a boost to my mood. Not good value for money as you need to use so many sprays for one dose. Any energy probably comes from the high sugar content!
