Pure water but a bit mucky to use!
Would have liked these filters to have been in a box and not a flimsy clear plastic sandwich bag when they arrived, with most of the charcoal spilled out of them!

Very happy
I am happy with these although they do need soaking for a while before using them because there does seem to be a lot if charcoal in them.

Unusable
These arrived with black charcoal spilling out of every device… they are completely unusable as a filter for my dog fountain…. When I requested a return I was informed that postage for the return will be detected from the refund…… Absolutely ridiculous, to have postage deducted for returning items that are faulty when postage was free.
