Denman Gentle Paddle Hairbrush for Comfortable Detangling, Blowdrying and Styling

Great brush! It’s lightweight and works very well. Seamless transaction and arrived very quickly.

I've been using Denman brushes for decades and I'm still obsessed. Don't get them wet (i.e. don't use them in the shower to brush your hair) and they will last forever. My first brush lasted for a decade, but for some reason I started to use it to comb through my hair in the shower, which caused the glue that holds the bristle and in place to erode and separate from the brush.

Great brush for blow drying and styling. I would give it a 100/10. The best brush and it detangles like butter.

I watched a YouTube video by CurlMaven and she recommended this brush. Up to that point I was using a special wide tooth comb that had tines that crossed. I will never go back to my comb again. Even more, I won’t ever use another brush again. This brush is awesome! It is soft and doesn’t break my hair. It is also amazing at detangling my daughter’s hair, which is really saying something. I only brush our hair when it’s wet since we have curly hair, so I can say this brush is perfect for wet hair, but it’s also supposed to be good for dry hair too. And it’s supposed to be good for all hair types. It’s truly a great all around brush. To understand what I mean, you have to just try this brush!

It's a good brush. It stands out compared to the options I saw at the store (such as the kitsch and wetbrush.) Most of those had far more rigid cushions, but this brush as an awesome flexible, soft cushion. The softer the cushion, the better it feels on the head in my experience. I also liked that the bristles don't have a huge ball-end, and they're very sturdy, while other brushes have flimsier bristles. The bristle design is less prone to catching on hair, but I wouldn't use this as a wet detangling brush bc they are so firm. The disappointing thing is the quality of the brush body at this price. Feels like very cheap plastic and the shape of the handle isn't pleasant to hold. People say this might be a fake, but I really didn't see anything that might indicate that it's a knock-off. I've read that Denman's quality has been going downhill, at least in the US. I got the brush in matte black, so maybe this particular color plastic feels extra crappy. I wish Denman put more effort into the material & design of the handle/body so that it was ergonomic.

I looked in my drawer and thought that I should never ever for the rest of my life have to buy a brush, as I have round brushes, paddle brushes, vent brushes all in multiple sizes. Then I read a review on BuzzFeed about this brush, and despite my better judgment, I bought it. I could not be more pleased because this brush has helped me to do something that no other brush was able to do; I am now able to blow dry my bangs straight using this brush when my hair is damp. There is something about the way that the brush grabs the hair that enables you to pull your bangs to the right and then to the left leaving them straighter than I have been able to get them with any other brush. I then follow up with a round brush just for final smoothing, but this brush has really made the job a lot easier. (In fact, when my bangs are shorter right after my hair is cut, I can skip the round brush step all together. I use the round brush when their longer simply because my hair is wavy and if I don't completely smooth out the ends, it will curl back up on me.) I also use this to brush out the rest of my hair when I am doing a rough dry. Bending over and drying the underneath part is so much easier with this brush. It is very gentle, and I never find it snags my hair. (My hair is thin, but I have a lot of it.) If I want to dry the rest of my hair, I can stand up and use this brush if I choose not to use a round brush. I paid ~$12 for this brush and it is worth every penny!

Good bristle feel and seems to be holding up well after 2 months use. Feel of the brush is good in the hand and the hair.

Bin seit 25 Jahren Denman Fan . Keine andere Bürste ist so gut mit langen Haaren. Null ziepen und kein Haar raus reißen . Eine tolle Bürste !
