The general feeling is that this is a well constructed and quality tool at a very good price. Can use it with blades from a Bosch and others as well as the T form blades it calls for. Easiest saw I ever had to load blades in/out of, just push up on the sides of the jaws and it unlocks the blade.Did not like having to order batteries and a charger for them as a separate item but found a combo of battery with charger at half price so ordered two kits and have 2 chargers now. Produced by a very big British construction machine company not well known here and apparently getting into the US market with their hand tools, I believe.

I couldn't find my Dewalt 20v jigsaw, and I needed one ASAP for a large project. I found this JCB jigsaw for a bargain price (less than 1/2 the current price) and got it the next day. It is lighter than my Dewalt, but it's every bit as sturdy and built with high quality materials. I did eventually find my Dewalt, but this JCB has become my go-to jigsaw most of the time.

Looks good, haven't used yet.

Don't even know if it works well or not, because it does not come with a battery!

The tools it's looks solid but comes without the battery and is more expensive than the tool. Other battery brands are not compartible.

I have a lot of JCB tools and this is another addition. Good portable tool, works a long time on a charge. Has light to show the where the blade will cut. I added a laser to the front as a guide and now it is exceptional!
