Turquoise Floating Flower Petal Tutu in Tulle for Girls by Lil Princes

I was looking forward to getting these for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. Upon receiving them, they looked just as I imagined them-- a notch cuter than regular, cheap tutus due to the leaves, petals, and flower. However, after I opened them I realized that they are very sheer. Now I know that is the nature of tulle, but it's literally 2 layers. I want the girls to look super cute for the party and pictures, and being able to see through the tutu to their elastic bike shorts takes away from the cuteness factor a little. Maybe I should have expected this due to the encapsulated flower petals, but I just assumed that it would be as thick as a normal tutu, which it is not.

Very thin. Only 1 layer of toile. Pretty but I had to buy a separate skirt to go under this one because you can see right through it. But pretty!
