Blue Ab Cruncher 5 Minutes Workout Exercise Abdominal Training, Waist Trimmer / LCD Counter NEW BOXED

I'm pretty active and workout about 4-6 days a week. I started having minor back pain while doing standard crunches so I thought I'd look into an ab machine. I didn't want to spend a fortune and this seemed to fit what I was looking for so I ordered it. Let me just say this......OUCH! I'd like to think I'm fairly fit but this thing gave me a run for my money! Not only could I feel it while I was on it but I felt it all the next day....and not just my abs either! My glutes were yelling at me as well. It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and I don't have the back pain like I did with the crunches. Putting it together was very easy as it really just consists of two main parts that need attaching. All in all, I think this machine is worth what I paid and definitely gives you a workout.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE ABDOMINAL POWER PLANK FOR MY ABS OF COURSE. IT SEEMS TO WORK QUITE WELL FOR ME. IT'S VERY CHALLENGING TO GET 6 SETS OF 10 REPS PER DAY AT THE START. I HOPE TO INCREASE THAT AMOUNT SHORTLY....HOPE THIS INFORMATION IS HELPFUL TO OTHERS.

Great 5 minute workout sure, but I can barely make it to 2 minutes. This exercise machine works as advertised. I watched a video on YouTube by Legacy FITness titled "POWER PLANK ABDOMAN MACHINE." This video shows several different exercises you can do with this type of machine. Now that I'm working my core, my back pain has improved and I love how much more toned my core is looking :]

It targets all the areas I need to get through today . The abs The buttocks The thighs The arms The back . I can lead you to the water but I'm not gonna drink it for you

I love my power plank. It will definitely give you a work out.

I have been using the Power Plank for a month. It works well even with just own body weight as resistance. I went from a five minute run 3 time a week using each of the setting to a 10 minute run increasing the number of reps each week. For the price its a good workout.
