Brilliant starter hoop
Really great starter hoop, fun & easy to get started because of weight. If you want to try some tricks this isn't the right hoop you need a smaller lighter one, but very comfortable starter hoop for fun exercise.

Good weight to start as Ive had an issue with my back, havent used a hoop in years. Good starting point for me, pretty easy to use.

Not worth it
Returning this item. Cant even hula hoop with it as the locking mechanism isn’t strong enough and it just falls apart. Came slimey too.

Great fitness hoop for beginners!
Having never been able to hula hoop, this hoop has made it possible with lots of fun in the process. It’s great for beginners and was easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend.

Well made, easy to assemble
Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Easy assembled. Only problem is I can’t do it! I don’t think this is due to the hoop which is well made but I think I need to practice more!

Can't take it apart
Lovely hoop. Took me back to my childhood. Only problem is I can't get it apart. I've read the instructions. But either my hands aren't strong enough or I don't have the knack. Any suggestions please?
