Men's Long-Sleeve 100% Cotton Knitted Fisherman Cable Crewneck Sweater

I absolutely love this sweater. The 100% cotton fabric is soft, comfortable, and breathable, making it perfect for cooler weather without feeling too heavy. The classic fisherman cable knit gives it a timeless look that pairs well with jeans, chinos, or even dress pants. The fit is true to size, the stitching is well done, and it has held up nicely after washing without losing its shape. It looks far more expensive than its price suggests. Amazon Essentials continues to impress with the quality they offer. If you’re looking for a comfortable, classic sweater that looks great and won’t break the bank, this one is an easy five-star purchase. I’ll definitely be ordering more colors.

Okay I was a little skeptical about buying clothes from Amazon Essentials. I mean a clothing brand by an internet company, but boy was I surprised. Buying clothes on-line can always be a hit or miss endeavor with sizing, color, and many other variables, but this was not the case with this sweater. To give a size reference I am about 185 lbs. and 5 11 with an athletic build, fairly muscular arms, 41-inch chest and average shoulders. The fit was perfect throughout the arms not to tight but looks fitted. The shoulders and neck were once again the same nice fit and not too tight. Also, since I have a smaller neck, the fit was perfect there. Not to big but enough to where a white underneath and have a little show. Overall, in the body it provides a nice, fitted look, but not too tight. The length is a a little past the belt and a little looser at the very bottom compared to the upper body part. In terms of material, it is cotton, but fairly heavy. I have worn it with a t-shirt underneath and a collared shirt and both look great. I think it is appropriate for fall or winter as a stand-alone piece if the temperature is not that cold or as a great layering piece if the weather turns cold. I have worn over an undershirt, dress shirt and a jacket and I was warm. Now it is cotton not wool or cashmere, but it is heavy enough that it provides good warmth. The color is a true black. Now let's talk about price. I think I paid around $23.10 for this sweater on sale. The same sweater from one of the other name brand stores would run well over a hundred bucks. Overall, the quality and durability of this sweater is on par with the name brands. This was absolute a steal for that price. This was one of the first Amazon Essentials clothing purchases that made me a believer in this brand. I have made several other purchases with this brand and have been very satisfied. There have a couple items that I just didn't, but the return process was easy, fast, and reliable. I am sold on Amazon Essentials as an affordable great casual clothing option. Since then, I have bought many more items which I will review later.

Fit & Comfort The fit of this sweater is tailored to be slightly relaxed, offering a comfortable yet flattering silhouette. It's not too slim, which ensures ease of movement, but it isn’t overly loose either, making it an ideal middle ground for most body types. Whether you’re wearing it over a t-shirt or layering it under a jacket, the sweater has a nice, structured fit without feeling restrictive. The ribbed crewneck, cuffs, and hem help the sweater maintain its shape, even after repeated wear. Weight & Feel The weight of the sweater strikes a nice balance—it’s substantial enough to provide warmth on cooler days without being overly heavy. The 100% cotton fabric is soft to the touch and feels comfortable against the skin, which is a major plus for those who might find wool-based sweaters itchy or uncomfortable. Its medium weight ensures it's not too bulky, so it can be worn comfortably all day without feeling weighed down. Design & Durability The classic fisherman cable-knit pattern adds visual texture to the sweater without being too flashy. It’s subtle yet stylish, fitting well with both casual and semi-formal outfits. The cotton material also offers good durability, retaining its shape and color through several washes. However, as with most cotton garments, it may require a bit of care in the laundry to prevent any shrinkage or damage. Value for Money Given the affordable price point, the Amazon Essentials Men's Long-Sleeve 100% Cotton Fisherman Cable Crewneck Sweater provides exceptional value. It offers a premium feel and classic design without breaking the bank, making it a great addition to your wardrobe if you're looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality sweater. Conclusion The Amazon Essentials Fisherman Cable Crewneck Sweater is a well-made, comfortable, and stylish choice for everyday wear. Its soft cotton material, balanced weight, and relaxed fit make it an easy go-to piece for layering or wearing solo. For the price, it’s a fantastic option for those looking for a durable and versatile sweater that can complement a variety of looks. Whether you’re dressing up or dressing down, this sweater delivers both style and comfort in equal measure.

Very nice. Better quality then expected. Fits great. Warm and looks great. Very nice value. Soft. Bought black and off white ones.

This is a classic stretchy cable knit sweater, all cotton, perfect quality. I paid $18 on January 29, 2026. Now on March 30 the price is $22. April one update: In case someone else is in my situation with arthritis in the shoulders, I first ordered a Large thinking stretchy and extra big on me would help put it one. However, I found the Large way too big, and ordered a Medium as well. In the meantime, I washed and dried in the drier the Large one. When the Medium came today, I laid them on top of each other. Now the shrunken Large one is perfect for me, and is smaller than the Medium one. So I will return the Medium one that just arrived. I didn't even put it on. These sweaters are a great value. I'm glad I got the off-white color as I think it suits these classic cableknits best. It's more a cream color, a natural undyed appearance.

My kid loves this sweater. It’s warm, soft, and doesn’t require a delicate laundry bag to wash. At this point is has been worn and washed over a dozen times and there’s no pulling or snags. It also looks great on him.

I love this sweater. The cotton yarn is very soft and I wore this outside on a 50 degree day with a tank top underneath, and was comfortable. Any colder than that, though, and you’d need another layer. Sizing: I wanted OVERSIZED. I am 5’3”, 35-27-40 measurements (with a bit of a postpartum tummy), and I bought a men’s XL. It covers my butt and no part of the sweater beyond the shoulders really touches me. it is completely loose, which is what I was aiming for. I do have to roll the cuffs quite a bit, as this thing is made for someone much taller. I love it.

Thick and no flaws. Would give it 5*s if an inch longer.

I was a little iffy as I’m used to paying double for a sweater but took a chance. I’m happy. I may buy a 2nd I like it so much I flit between L/Xl women’s and M/Lg in men’s clothing. I did a Lg hoping it would be roomy enough for layering but not too sloppy. It hit the mark. The sleeves are long. I have to roll up the cuff and it still hangs almost to my knuckles but that’s good for cold walks along the shore when the wind is chilly.

Aggiungo che a me piace vestire preciso/leggermente attillato.
