How tall is the shaft and heel?

Heel is about 2 inches. Shaft is high enough to cover your ankle.

Do these stretch in the toe? I ordered a half size up and they feel like they will cause callouses on the sides of my big toe from squishing them.

The material is super hard. I honestly do not think anything will stretch.
