Great fit
This item really assisted us with some heel spur issues that were having. They were very comfortable and easy to install. The durability lasted even in the washing machine.

Flexible yet sturdy, good value for money
I have bought this product several times, because the soul is super flexible, very sturdy but it has enough give to be comfortable. Last way longer than other products I bought in the past. Other products have worn out within 6 months, I'm still going strong on these for over 2 years on the original purchase. I bought more after using it for 6 months so I could have one for each pair of shoes instead of moving them from shoe to shoe. I even wear these in crocs. The rubber bottom keeps it from moving around without having to use the sticky adhesive. It comes with a plastic protective layer over the adhesive, and I just leave mine in as I like to wash my shoes a lot and don't want to have to worry about removal when washing.

It does increase height a bit and fairly comfortable, but don't get the foam version
I wanted to use this for at least a week before writing this review. On the first day I noticed that it was fairly comfortable, however after wearing it for 5+ hours, I noticed slight discomfort around the ball of my foot. After a few days, I somehow adjusted and it felt great. However after about a week I noticed the insert breaking apart. Little pieces of foam balls or whatever that material is started coming apart. Overall I can't recommend this product because it's just not durable enough for long time use.Edit: The seller has reached out to me to resolve the issue that I had with my pair of soles. Previously it was breaking apart and the little foam balls were starting to come apart from the heel part of the sole. The seller sent me a different version (not the foam version), and so far it has been working great. I'll update the review once again after using it for a couple weeks. But so far I want to thank the seller for providing great customer service and standing behind their products.

Need to get a couple more
I have a few pair of adidas NMDs and and 4D's and they are very flat. I got this to see if it could provide a little more comfort and maybe add a bonus height increase. I'm 5'9" so why not? Anyway, at first it felt a little weird walking with them. But after a couple of days using them I actually got used to them and I like them. They dont push my foot out of my shoe like other brands I read about. They stay in the back of my shoe even with out adhesive. I guess because of the shape. Oh and they are comfortable and I got "a little bit taller ...eventhough I'm not a baller" Some will get that!

Relieved My Knee Pain
The media could not be loaded. I recently had a sprain injury. My physical therapist suggest I wear a wedge in my sneaker to take some pressure off my knee.I tend to me on my feet all day.I wasn’t sure what size to get so I got the small 1 inch. I wear 8 in women’s sneakers. At first, it’s going to hurt because your body is adjusting to the difference.I would have start off with 0.6 to be on the safe side. All these sneaker they fit comfortable and easily.New Balance Women's Fresh Foam Roav V1 Sneaker.Adidas Ultra Boost -2020Adidas Yeezy 350 - with this sneaker I do feel like my foot is going to come out of the sneaker. It doesn’t.It did ease the pain on my knees. There is an adhesive on the bottom of the insert that can make the insert stay in place.I chose to keep the plastic on because I tend to switch sneakers. It’s still stay in place. The insoles are soft but firm. I have video showing the bounce of it.I showed to my podiatrist and she really like them. The logo on the insoles does come out.Found this useful, press the like button.

Questionable quality
Purchased both the 1" and 0.6" grey versions in mid-March. Good comfort and with pain relief, but as mentioned by others the adhesion is not good. However, the 1" (the right side), used inside a pair of chukka boots, has already split in half. So that lasted just over ONE month for me. The 0.6" grey version, used in tennis shoes, is doing OK, but unsure low long it will hold up. Perhaps the black versions will be better since it appears to be solid and not made up of glued-together foam balls. Will try to reach out to seller for replacement of the broken 1" and update rating.

They Work, But I Found Another Design More Practical
I do not think these are truly an inch of lift. I think they measured to the top of the heel cup at the farthest back point, not to the actual heel bed. My foot would work toward the toe as it slid down the ramp. It made them a bit uncomfortable. These worked better in some shoes than others. There is no "left" or "right" insert, so if you really only need one, you get a bonus one for the money. I probably will not buy anymore of these because I found some that are a single piece, the full length of the shoe.

Perfect for my son with Cerebral Palsy
Wish we had these when he was younger. Ordered these for my 21 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. They have helped with his leg and toe pain. We plan on ordering a pair for each one of his shoes. These are perfect.
