Great NAS Drive, I have been using similar drives for many years, no problem till now

Worst HDD ever purchased
Dead in 6 months. Its so noisy in last 3 months, lost all my valuable data. It's not durable at all. IDK y so HDD so costly gets dead within months of usage. Try WD, seagate is not a brand to trust

So far so good, but very noisy
As you'd expect it's got a good performance and very high capacity. I've had it for a couple months now and so far I've had no problems with it. My only pet peeve is that it is very noisy when starting up or reading randomly, but can't really complain.

Working great
Bought this in March 2023 and it's been 8 months. Drive is working great. I'm using it in a HDD docking station. It can be noisy at times (louder than my other Seagate HDD, Barracuda 8TB 7200rpm) so you might want to consider placing something underneath the docking station (if you're using one) to dampen the reading and writing noises.
